4Terrible, I was denied a promotional offer at one location and the initial location I went to was closed without a warning nor a notice. Quite disappointing to experience.
The customer service is amazing and very friendly! The workers seemed so genuine, it made my experience of ordering the Cinnabon even better
Someone stole my atm card and used it at the Cinnabon in Tyler Mall. I spoke with a couple of reps that was there at the time. Everyone was very concerned and attentive to my situation. I was immediately offered a refund and any additional assistance that I needed. I want to thank them for their great customer service, and promptness with issuing my refund.
Small warm Cinnabon on a cold cloudy day. Extra icing of course. They never disappoint!
