Cinnabon, San Jose CA

Great cinnamon rolls. Very warm overall perfect. The wait time wasn't long either.

When I get the crave for it, I stop here. Not what it used to be for me, but good to and have Cinnabon sometimes.

Went here twice, the first time the gentleman who helped us made sure our cinnamon was awesome and had enough toppings. The second time, the lady that helped us showed us how to download app and get 4 free minis. Team there is pretty dope. Thank you guys!

I went in with a community discount card, those fundraiser cards that you purchase for discounted items at participating companies. Anyway the card shows Cinnabon and even specifies the Oakridge location. I showed it to the cashier and he looked at me dumb founded, there were 4 employees all young kids and there all looking at it and even held it up to the light as if it was a fake bill. Lol. I finally said can you call a manager. He's not here. Ok, are teenage kids really qualified to run a business without a manager on duty. He finally calls the manager, does the discount but has the audacity to tell me next time I can't receive the discount if the CEO doesn't approve it. I get that he's just a kid his response clearly makes sense he doesn't know any better. However make sure you actually have a manager on site. Teenage kids are not qualified to run a shop even if it's for a short amount of time. None of them were even 18. Terrible management!

Delicious! Also, the worker who made our snack and drink took his time to make sure it was perfect and tasty. Thank you so much!

It's 7pm and they don't have anything to sell anymore.this is the 2nd time this happens in less than 2 weeks.

My kid wants to go here every single time we go to the mall. It's always our first stop, and it's always for cinnasweeties.
