Cinnabon, Milpitas CA

As far as I'm concerned cinnabons never have enough icing so I always order extra. When I saw the guy didn't charge me I asked again for the extra icing he assured me 'yeah I got it' and I didn't think twice.

I come home to eat my cinnamon roll and I didn't get the extra icing. Super weird and just annoying because I asked for it twice. I'm not sure what he thought I was asking for but definitely check your order to make sure it's right. I usually check my bag after getting food but I assumed (after asking twice) that I would have gotten it but that's on me I guess

Been here twice, I redeemed some shake recently with my Cinnabon points but they don’t it same way as regular order. I wish they treat all same, the points came from actual purchase in first place.

Anyways lower your prices, they are damn high for a dessert shop!

Jesus and Anthony are the best! They work so hard and this is my favorite location. They keep their baked goods new and fresh and they truly value integrity and great business ethic at this location!

So I went to cinnabon and I bought a churro when I took a bite it was still doughy this is very aggravating I could get sick!

Bought a six pack of cinnamon rolls today … all of them were raw in the middle. Waste of 20+ dollars.

Cinnabon fan here. It was ooey gooey heaven. We also had the mochalatta and it was a nice balance of coffee and chocolate. Highly recommend

Staff is nice and responsive but my review is for the hot coffee I got. It was not up to the mark. To be more clear I was expecting something similar to hot latte so if that’s not your expectations you can still try.

Agree with other few folks about the color and combination of the shop which is beautiful
