2I would not even give them one star but I have to at least put one to leave a review.worst two years living here, black mailed me into signing a lease renewal or else my son couldn’t go to school. Tf is that? Parking sucks! Worst ever, you pay for the permit yet there still isn’t any parking because they lack keeping track of who can park there and can’t. The plumbing sucks, the water is milky and if you filter it and leave it it still has a weird taste. Bugs EVERYWHERE. Before leaving this place my neighbors asked if I was leaving due to the rats. So rats also. Everything was breaking within weeks of just moving in. The service in getting things fixed was way better than the way they manage. When you don’t renew the lease you’re basically a nuisance to them and will up the rent and not provide the carpet cleaning. They basically use not signing the lease against you. Every year the rent goes up and they’re excuse is inflation I advise any to keep looking and never get stuck here
Why would you move here when there are better apartments (Capri and Fullerton Hills) right next door? Absolutely horrible customer service. 한국인 매니저들 굉장히 무례해요.
