Had an excellent experience today with our yearly service.

Your representative Adam S did a great job and was very professional, apologizing to our guests if he felt like he had inconvenienced them, and waiting while i helped guests. He explained the process and worked with minimal guest impact. I can't think of better service we have received here at Holiday Inn Express.

Our hotel used Cintas for many years. I wish I would have found out sooner that they overcharge for repairs and cheat you on the inspections. One of our most important inspections, they failed us multiple times and sent us an invoice for repairs in the thousands of dollars on different occasions for mistakes that they made.

I know it sounds a bit confusing, but I don't want to make this review too long and you end up not reading it. Please trust me that this company is not good. They are not honest. The branch manager came to get my explanation of why we will stop using them and he said that he doesn't expect me to pay for that last mess of an inspection because of how horrible it sounded for us as the customer. Then, he emailed me a week later asking for payment. I requested to receive a money back guarantee as he quoted me (for how dissatisfied I was during this entire process) and he denied that he ever told me anything of the sort.

Our hotel was a customer for many, many years.and they just treated me like nothing. What a terrible.terrible company. I am so sorry to those of you who have been ripped off by them. There are many other local companies in San Diego who are more honest and do a much better job.

Cintas has one of the best technicians in town. Hector is A1+. He is thorough, courteous and professional.
