Let me share. I’ve never had a problem at this gas station before and I’ve been going there for almost 2 years.
I got double charged over a week ago. I went in today to talk with the young kid who was there and asked what’s the estimated time of day frame I would expect my money back. Mind you I have already spoken with my bank and they said it isn’t pending I was charged. I have both receipts that say I was charged. The bank told me about 3-5 business days if the manager is to not put it on hold! The experience I had with the gentleman who is supposed to be the manager, was so disrespectful and the young kid who is always in there laughed at me speaking in their language saying can you understand this language oh no.

Safe to say I won’t be going back and so disappointed in the customer service.

I don't actually dislike this place, but there are quite a few negatives.

The parking lot is something of a nightmare, especially around the pumps. There are 4, but they are so close together that there is often only one on each side accessible, and that's to say nothing of trying to navigate around the pumps when you're not trying to use them. Usually you have to pay inside because the part that lets you pay at the pump is broken.

The store is on the large side for a convenience store, and the stock is pretty good. You don't generally see gaps on the shelves.

The owner is grumpy and seems to be a little racist (but not nearly as much as the ampm at Watt and Auburn), but it's hard to tell because he's grumpy with everyone, as far as I can tell.

The gas prices are some of the best in the general area. The location is convenient for me, and for anybody who uses Auburn to avoid Biz 80.
