Circle K, Big Bear CA

A while ago before gas went up. Ran into the rudest evemployee ever. Some girl named Tay that looked like she was on crack put my credit on the wrong pump. Then she began to blame me for not being clear enough. Circle K need to have better standards on who they hire.

Was on vacation with my family a few months ago. Brad was the cashier and he was a nice young man. We asked a bunch of questions, no one was behind us in line, and he was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He even provided great suggestions from restaurants to leisure activities. We will be back in the area next week and hopefully we will see him again when we pop in for snacks.

Very convinient to fill up the tank if you are going to drive down thep Scenic route ca-38 to go back to Los Angeles.

At a time of Covid-19 and with limited businesses open, it is essential that those businesses profiting from this time also allow customer access to their restrooms. Shame on them.

Would absolutely recommend trying this place. Awesome character, flavorful dishes, excellent service. Highly recommended.

Circle K is listed as a public restroom. After making $25 purchase at Circle K, I went to use the bathroom. I was informed by a female employee that they don't have a public restroom and I left. Circle K should be removed from "public restroom in Big Bear" site.

CAN NEVER GET RECEIPT AT PUMP. Bad for disabled folks. You have to find parking to go inside and get your paper receipt or hold up the line at the pump. I ask why they don't put paper in their pumps and explained my situation (I use a service animal to help me get around) but he said he didn't have time and he didn't care that I would let you folks at Gas Buddies know, considering they're regularly highlighted for discounts up here. I'd like to recommend a GB discount at 76 at 41339 Big Bear Blvd
Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. They usually have paper at the pump, I believe. And they have very helpful caring customer service, to my recollection. I was on crutches and they insisted on pumping for me and absolutely refused a tip. Great station for Disabled, rather than Circle K.

Aside from the manager with the long blondish colored hair. The staff there are all rude and very unemotional. I feel as though they should fire everyone and start over. The only reason they stay in business is because they are the only thing open after 9pm in Big Bear City. They have made my husband and I feel less than and that we are not important enough to be served. I cringe to think that this is the next generation who will be in office when I'm in an old folks home.

Horrible customer service. Highly recommend taking your business elswhere. Do not go here.

Dear friend of mine was not treated well at all. Has Facebook live video of said confrontation. Clerk was out of touch with reality and didn't use common sense in his decision on rejecting a sale. A sick child suffered because of the clerk's actions. Will definitely not go in this establishment when I visit in a few weeks.

Horrible. The cashier with the long black ponytail provided me with the worst ever experience a person could possibly have on 2 different occasions. Well known to the local community and several other people have boycotted this store as well because of his attitude. AMPM is open 24 hours as a heads up to anyone in a pinch. Do not go here!

Fantastic place to grab some food when in a hurry. The service is quick, rates are fair, excellent atmosphere. Will come visit again
