Circle Porsche, Long Beach CA

My 2014 Cayenne Diesel was picked up by Circle Porsche on 12/12/17 in order to complete the "Emissions Compliant Repair", and perform a requested oil and filter change. I received the vehicle back from the dealer on 12/19, and after driving approximately 10 miles received a notice on the instrument panel stating "Oil level minimum reached". I called Domenic Macchia, Service Advisor, and asked that the vehicle be picked up and serviced properly. Domenic informed me he would see when he had a loan car available, and would call me back within one hour. As of 01/02/18 I still had not heard from Domenic.
On 12/28,12/30, and 01/02/18 I telephoned the General Manger, Eric Ernst and left a message each time, with the hope of receiving assistance with this matter. Still no return call.
Bottom-line, you probably want to think twice about having your Porsche serviced here.

An amazing experience from start to finish. I was dealing with three different dealers and the reason I chose Circle was due to the transperancy of the staff, the professional service and their ability to make you feel like you are the most important customer. Will definitely use Chris and the team at Circle for my next Porsche purchase.

Service department filled a deflated tire with air and topped off my oil at no charge. Very courteous personnel.

I'm very happy with the experience I received from circle Porsche, I worked with David Nidess and he was very professional and very knowledgeable. I was able to test drive the car ask questions and I felt his responses were accurate with years of experience. Next time I buy a new car I will return and look for Dave, cause he was supportive in all aspects especially in his efficiency to get me in and out with no wasted time.

Joe was very friendly and knowledgeable during the whole experience. I'm thrilled with the car and will certainly go back and work with Joe on my next car. I highly recommend going to him for your next purchase!

Brett Rajotte was great to deal with. He went out of his way to get me the pictures I requested since I was buying the car out of state. His sense of humor was great and not something I was used to at a highline store. So when you're looking for that perfect Porsche don't fret, pick up your phone and call Brett!

I really enjoyed my experience at Circle Porsche and especially Joseph Grimaldi. Buying a car is usually an awful experience. But, Joseph made this experience easy. He was very fair and friendly.
