No help over the phone.
You can never access an actual person to answer your call, EVER.
The app is always having technical issues.

If Citi Corporate needs to add more to the list for closure. Add this one to the list. Had to drive all the way to Stockdale Hwy to get standard service.

I don’t understand why I need to make an appointment to add someone to my account by phone when staffs are in the branch, this is so inconvenient.
