Poor customer service & getting worse! Rude obnoxious tellers. If it was not such a hassle switching banks, I would switch banks.
Worst Service. You should wait atleast 30 minuets to get your work done! Only one or two tellers serve all the day.
Horrible customer service, very rude employees making it difficult to withdraw MY money. I did not have my bank card but even with my state issued valid ID, made the process prolong so much more and not even giving me a reason to why I had to wait so long.
Great courteous service, but occasionally the line is long. They have one or two notaries around most of the time, although they double as tellers. One of them speaks Portuguese and is very popular for that reason:)
