Amanda and Irina are part of the front office team that help guide you through the technical, financial and scheduling aspects for the procedures you undergo. They are exceptionally talented people with big hearts who keep your best interests at the forefront. Irina patiently took the time on two occasions to explain the potential solutions to the dental issues I was facing. Amanda helped ensure that the procedures we needed done fit into our busy lives.

The doctors, dental hygienists and all the support staff are all top notch professionals. We are extremely happy that we found this office and will gladly refer them to anyone seeking dental help.

Very nice people. Does a great job and very fast at it too. I do recommend this place for anyone who needs dental help.

It’s all about money here. If you’re not spending money on extra unnecessary procedures they rush you out of there. The hygienist got mad when I told her no to the extra procedures and rushed through my cleaning she finished within 10 minutes and barely cleaned my teeth.

I have been going here for years and they have always taken care of my family and I. Staff are always nice.

By far the best dentist office I have ever dealt with! As a new patient they were great to deal with over the phone to make the appointments for myself and my son, they were pleasant and thorough when calling to verify my insurance. The personal appointment reminder calls were great! Even the step by step friendly encounters for my visit were above expectations! As a patient with TMJ and experienced very painful visits for the simple tasks of X-rays and exams I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to walk in with a migraine and walk out pain free due to their new technology and gentle handling! I most appreciated Doctor Will’s quick, friendly and to the point approach in letting me know our next steps! I can not believe I am actually looking forward to return for my follow ups. I definitely recommend this office for anyone looking for a new amazing dental staff to work with!

I came to this Dental? Office because if a classmate. I was greeted immediately and seen right away. I was treated great and all the staff I came in contact with extremely nice and professional.

The worst.
I have got into a car accident and so was in a delay. 8 minutes delay - The operator called me asking if i'm coming and i confirmed. She asked if I still need 20 minutes for my cleaning which we planned for 40min and i reconfirmed.i also explained i was in a difficult life situation.

When i arrived and i had 20 minutes left - the receptionist was rude and simply cancelled my appointment.i had to efforts to argue that day. Kept silence and left the clinique.

This is my first visit to dentist after years cause I do have fear of it but soon as I walk in the front desk receptionist welcome me and somehow I feel good. Alex who did X-rays is super nice and I felt like I’m going to be ok they know what are they doing. I meet with doctor and she was more than nice and she explained to me what has to be done. After that I talk with Amanda and she was beyond professional and she explained to me the whole process. Thank you all?

What can I say. I absolutely love this place everyone of them are so kind. So far I have had upfront great service (in and out) with upfront costs. They get an A+ in my book.

Fantastic! Was in for an emergency and they ended up getting me in and out very quickly. Every single person in the office was incredibly kind and direct with their service! Will be making this my new place for all dental needs

Citrus Heights Dental is the best dental office I have ever used. Unfortunately, I have had to cancel and reschedule some of my appointments in the past due to family or health issues. They are very understanding and extremely accomidating on rescheduling for me.

Absolutely anxiety free dental visit every. Time! Staff is super friendly and professional, every member knows what theyre doing, no pain at all. Top notch doctors and hygienists, and all the assistants deserve just as much praise.

Well with a life with dental issues including work related dental injuries, Dental Anxieties etc. Citrus Height Dental has definitely put me at rest getting my much needed dental work done. Years of basically not having teeth and the embarrassment of that, I now see a light at the end of the tunnel to dental health. Thank You Citrus Heights Dental.

I’m happy with my oral health! I’ve been treated here since 2018. I’ve learned to floss properly and often. The attention I receive from my hygienist and dentist is notable. My hygienist takes the time to listen to all my small talk while cleaning; she’s pleasant. She also has a program that goes out to schools to teach and apply varnish. My dentist gives me the recommendations I need for cosmetic care, so I receive my desired results. Billing has become easier to understand over the years. If a procedure is not covered, it won’t be included on the insurance claim. I recommend them just don’t take my appointment slot.
