Great Dealership from the moment I had issues with my 2021 Bronco reservation from another dealership and got it transfered here had nothing but great help from Alec and Buck as well as Byron. Took delivery of said Bronco yesterday and I have to say that they are spectacular at customer service. Both Alec and Byron were very helpful in getting all my paperwork and financing done and Buck I have to thank you for the great customer satisfaction that you strive for. Citrus will from now on be my go to FORD dealership and hope that this experience continues. Alec Johnson far surpasses any other sales person I’ve ever dealt with. He took so much time and great care with me. Making sure I was well aware of all the features inside and out. I called in asking about the Mustang Mach-E and Alex was very helpful from the start. He asked me to come in and test drive to check out the vehicle personally. He scheduled me a time for the next day. I drive the vehicle and loved it I then asked him to run the numbers and let me know since I would be going in to work shortly. Not only did he get me a great deal but since there was no cars at the time he would be Kerri g me know once what I wanted arrived. Once the car arrived Alex also got me in contact with Dylan which help me get the deal done with in minutes. I’m not going to lie. I was in and out in 20 minutes. It was best experience I had buying a car. Dylan delivered the car to my work place since I couldn’t pick it up. Alex and Dylan went above and beyond and I will be returning in a few months to get that Lightning. Keep up the great customer service guys.

Came to Citrus Ford because I was looking to Mach E, had great reviews online and when I reached out to the dealer Anthony was super quick and efficient answering my questions, headed to the dealer to test drive the car and inquired more information which Anthony was able to answer, fast forward 11 months later I got my car and Kenny was super helpful during the time my car was being ordered, he was responsive via email and when my car came Kenny texted me before coming to dealer to make sure it was quick and easy to get my car. Will recommend Anthony and Kenny to anyone who needs a Ford car.

I did not come to terms on a vehicle, but i had a great experience with Joseph Pena. Citrus was competitive. Im writing this review becuase I communicated with many of the Ford dealers in the surrounding area, and none communicated with me or took the time like Joseph did. His time, and effort was greatly appreciated. This dealer is worth looking at if you are in the market for a vehicle

I want to let people know check for parts online before buying at Ford I got charged twice the amount for an ignition key cylinder. Also know that Ford charges you for 2 technicians even if the job only takes 1. I you tubed the job and was very upset that I got charged $175 twice for such simple work. I talked to the technician he was very polite and professional but would not give me any kind of refund. Plus everything was done through text instead of phone call so be sure you know what’s being done.

Best experience by far for a dealership, friendly staff, just over all a great environment, but shout out to the guys ALEX and BYRON and their financing employee who helped us out with getting my Honda Accord not just that, they delivered it themselves to me. They went beyond on what I expected, I recommend this Ford branch!

Never walked into a Ford dealer before. Won't be going back. No one knew anything about the Mach E. All I got was a whole lot of "check online" or "I'm new here" or "I'm busy". I'll take my 55k to another brand.

Easiest transaction I've ever had!

They had the car i wanted, at the price I wanted, gave me the amount that I wanted for my trade in, everything was seamless. If anything delayed things it was me and my paperwork. Alex and the team were great very supportive helpful and no pressure at all.
Would definitely purchase there again!

You can still pick up and drop off your vehicle during their lunch and 4-6 daily. They have employees to help.

I was in the market for a 5.0 for about 5 months as what I wanted was really specific. I’ve been to every major dealership in the IE and it wasn’t until I went here that I had the best customer service ever. Ong this isn’t a cap these guys were so helpful and really worked hard on getting me the best deal on my brand new 5.0 GT. Alex and Byron were the ones that helped me out and I’m glad they did they walked me through every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable, Definitely coming back to buy a Shelby.

The best buying experience. I had been to a few Ford dealerships in the area where there was pushy sales managers and non motivated employees. Citrus Ford was amazing from start to finish. Joey was excellent to work with and fully explained all my options and worked with me on what would be best for my circumstances. Once I made my decision Candace was great at helping me get to know my new vehicle and all its features before I left.
