Citrus Town Center, Citrus Heights CA

I was actually passing through to give a local homeless man some shirts and socks. He was wearing a cowboys shirt and now has a 49ers shirt instead/also! Gotta rep correct in my Niner country!

Parking lot needs an update it's pretty crazy! And maybe we need to update some of the stores!

Great shopping center. Nice mix of retailers and ample parking. Doesn't look as dated as some shopping centers.

Pretty decent shops, Sprouts is my go to. It's usually a clean little strip mall, not a lot of homeless lurking around. Black Angus is so yummy, Plenty of parking.

Most of the stores here are clean and modern. There's also a sprinkling of restaurants for every budget. Our favorite restaurant in this shopping center it the La Fiesta Taqueria.
Quite often, the parking lot is pretty darn full, so you may have to drive around a bit to find a parking space (or park further away from the business you are trying to visit).

Strolled around looking for friendly females and none were to be found Did the same thing today and still no friendly females

Always stop by on my way home from work. Few small stores and few places to get some food make it very convenient.

Parking lot is crazy. Full,
crowed, difficult to navigate which way to go to the store of choice. Bad for disabled parking. Too many stores, people, parking in such a small
location. I try to avoid this area. The entry/exits from main streets
are not well planned out.

Great market for all things needed! Grocerys, clothes, video games and toys! Come shop with the family

Homeless couple where there, going at it, threatening to kill one another. Needs increased security/police presence.

Great we go here for a nice sandwich and soup at the Beach Hut Delli or to Pet's mart next door. Good parking.
