I Just want to take a minute to express the great customer service and patient care citrus valley internal medicine has given me. First time patient of PatriciaGreco. She was very understanding and took the time to hear me out and help me with my medical needs. All my questions and concerns were answered. Her team was fast in rooming. I want to give a special thanks to her medical assistant Yesenia. She was fast on answering my calls and messages regarding labs and prescriptions. She was very supportive and patient with me. She was easy to communicate and get a hold of. Thank you for all your help. She is a great example of outstanding medical customer service. I am extremely happy with her service. I truly recommend this medical group they are a great team.

My dad walked in there by accident thinking it was a different office and he didn't speak english he was kicked out and told he had no appointment today very rudely he had no idea what was happening.he called me and told me, i asked to speak to the receptions so i can get a clear answer of what is going on and she refused to speak to me and all she did was scream he isn't a patient here and he doesn't have an appointment.very rude way to treat people thank god my dad wasn't a patient there.

Medical assistants do not answer the phone and do not consider it their duty to respond to you in any way.

I have been seeing Tom and his nurses for about 30 years now. He takes the time to sit and listen to you. Melissa his nurse is very good about call backs and having your prescriptions refilled. I am forever grateful to them.

Sometimes, when I see a doctor, he is in a hurry to get to the next appointment, rushes through and doesn’t have time for my concerns. Dr Tom is not like that. He will always sit and listen to me and address every concern. He talks to me on my level.
