Great place, I highly recommend. Anthony helped me. He was very helpful, nice and professional and made my experience a great one. That man needs a raise! I don't know much about anything and trust what was recommended. Everything seems to work great. I got same day delivery and Anthony was the one that did it and did a great job doing so. I will definitely come back when needed. Everyone was very kind and they have lots of great options to pick from.

I had the chance to visit this business a cpl of weeks ago, and I wasn’t looking to purchase anything I just needed my ice tray fixed because the ice dispenser mechanism was broken so I left the tray at this shop and the owner was there he had changed out the broken pieces at no cost and in the same day we defiantly need more of these people around here.

Ok I was really upset. I bought a used refrigerator from here, and my refrigerator started having issues I lost some food. Well there was a little miss communication between my husband and the appliance store. Long story short he came and replaced my refrigerator with another one long as it works I'm ok with that thank you for taking care of me.

Great experience dropping off a used fridge. Very responsive over the phone and very helpful when unloading the appliance. The store seems to have a large selection of appliances. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Mr Saied is very nice and honest person. He even took care of the problem that previous owner Caused.
I highly recommend him to anyone wants repair job or needs used appliances.
Some other store which sell used appliance in Citrus Heights are not honest do not shop at their store.

We were greeted by the energetic salesman, and he was super awesome! Extremely helpful and informative.he went out of his way to show us everything, this branch is a very good one. If I need anything in future, Will definitely visit them again and again!

Great service. Delivery driver, Anthony did an amazing job. Went above and beyond. I've never seen an appliance delivery driver use a small truck with no lift and bring down an appliance flawlessly! What great work. A little scary, but he obviously knows what he's doing. He was very fast and professional as well. My husband liked him so much he even offered him a job at his Ups store and he kindly declined. It's great to have a loyal employee Definitely a great asset to this company.
The washer and dryer are great and still going strong! I waited a few months to leave a review so I can test these babies out! So far so good. They came clean and almost brand new looking and the price was great! Definitely the cheapest I've seen around and they come with a warranty which is comforting. My husband and I will most definitely be back. I highly recommend.

We bought a refrigerator from City Appliance I loved it but the ice maker would not work. The owner came out n tried to fix it because it was on the off mode n when it still had a hiccup n did not do what was expected so the owner ordered a new one he just installed it today n it works like a charm.
Thank God with the heat wave expected! Thank you so much for being a honorable n reputable dealer n if we ever need another appliance we know where to come!

Been trouble shooting my dryer for the last day or so. Finally found the problem. City appliances answers on the first ring. They had the part I needed. Was only a thermal fuse. But not everyone Carrie’s them. I jammed down before they close. In and out in 2 min. He gave me the fuse for free. I tried to pay he insisted on just giving it to me. Will go there for anything and everything appliances for now on. Friendly and knew what they were talking about. Didnt catch anyones name. But thanks again. Saved the day

City Appliances is the cheapest Appliance in the citrus county, probably in the whole area, excellent service, Repair, Fast and free delivery service, free installation, the more exciting thing is that you got 60 days warranty for used Appliances.

Great price on a used garage fridge.only 280 for a very nice clean undented fridge…delivery cost to el dorado hills was 40 dollar very reasonable…they delivered same day also:)

My wife and I got a washer and dryer from here when ours broke down. The whole process was amazing. We found a set that we liked for a very fair price, and it was delivered and installed the same day. Haven't had a problem since! We'll definitely be coming here every time we need to get another appliance.

Bought a used LG washer and dryer from them in 2020. They did say there was a sixty day warranty for any repairs, but fast forward a year from when I purchased them, I called Ben at City Appliances about a loose connection on the washer. He went above and beyond, finding a replacement part, and coming to my home to replace it himself. I really appreciate it Ben! Great business ran by great people!

Best shopping experience ever.walked in found a beautiful used stove at a fantastic price. Comes with a 90 day warranty. Who does that.the gentleman that help me was friendly and very nice.they gave me same day delivery and even installed it then removed my old stove? Coming back for my next appliance need.thanks so much …

If I could give no stars, I would. Washer broke, door flew open and it almost killed my dog. Brought it back within the 60 days and he won't refund. Do Not Buy!
