Absolutely loved my experience with CARSTAR city Auto Body! From beginning to end they kept me up to date on what was going on with my car, they even called enterprise for me when I needed to wait an extra day for my car to be ready. The best part, they washed and cleaned my car for me. I was soo surprised and appreciative of them taking the time to do that for me. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone who needs their car repaired.

Had my front bumper and other front end damage repaired on my 2016 BMW. The team at City Auto Body were very helpful throughout the whole process. In particular I was assisted by Sep, Jim, and Caleb. They did a great job at keeping me updated and answering all of my questions. I got my car back and it was nice and clean and looked better than it did before the accident.

I just want to say that Sep and CARSTAR went above and beyond with my vehicle! I have owned my 2008 Acura TL since I purchased it on an August afternoon 15 years ago and brought it in for hit and run damage. At first, one might think, well your car is 15 years old, best to get rid of it, right?

Sep and the entire team at CARSTAR treated me and my car as if I'd rolled it off the dealership lot with that sense of urgency and priority. They were gracious enough to even swap out a few headlights for me in the process. When I received the vehicle, I was shocked with the paint match quality they were able to perform. I even showed this to a few of my car enthusiast friends as well and they were VERY impressed.

Anthony and Marisa were extremely communicative with updates and scheduling the repair! I received calls throughout the week about what the status of my car was and the estimated day my car would be ready for pickup. Anthony walked the car with me before and after the repair and let me know what was done and if any issues came up during the fix. Everyone was professional and very pleasant. I recently had an accident and I was referred to city auto. No matter the outcome of my vehicle.it was so emotional to loose my Jeep. I accepted the situation and went to the facility to take parts of my Jeep. This is where the best customer service I’ve experienced came in. From the phone operator to management. Everyone was amazing. ANTHONIE one of the technicians. He was a godsend and spent 2 hours with me.removing my aftermarket parts. Loosing my car was emotional. But the help I received was truly amazing. Anyone looking to get great customer service with no hassles. Check this place out. I was also working with Anthony Guzmon behind the scenes negotiating with insurance. He was amazing also. I recommend the whole team:)
