I popped into this place today in a panic because my tire popped on the freeway and was completely flat. Without hesitation, they took a look at it and once they realized it was not repairable, they put on my spare tire free of charge and very quickly. They made me feel so much better in an extremely stressful situation and I really appreciate it. Trustworthy people!

The brake check was complimentary & they advised me that my brakes did not need to be changed at this time. Most places would've changed them & still charged me. Finally, the customer service is amazing. Recommend making an appointment, business is good here. Lots of vehicles.

I went in for an oil change and received absolutely zero pressure to "buy a new this" or "replace that". They made a few recommendations but did an awesome job making me feel like they were just recommendations. I'm going to do my homework on the suggested repairs and I know who I will be dealing with if I choose to move forward with them.

This place has to be the worst on the planet.first of all the customer service sucks.they are very dishonest.i went to have brakes installed, and left with $700.00 dollars worth of suspension problems.if you have money you want to give away then go get your car repair" i guarantee you they will

I called 10 local brake places and received estimates ranging from $400 to $1,500. Spoke with Robert at City Auto Tech - Auto Repair Shop in San Francisco CA who was patient enough to explain everything in detail to me, professional and courteous. Got a quality brake job for $640. They even went above and beyond and fastened a plastic piece in my wheel well for free which my Lexus dealership told me could not be done.

Brought my car to these guys for repairs. They repaired it cheaper and faster than any other. I will definitely be back for all my repairs!

Worst place ever if you want the job done correctly and efficiently go somewhere else you have been warned

Got my brakes and tires done cheap but having a lot of problem after and their making a lot of weird noises. It sounds really screwed up and I got a car that's a year old.

This place is great Lu, Mel, and all of the guys are great and take time to help, and the work is very good, they can work on any car and year, they have worked on my 1960 Lincoln, Rocky B.

These guys are honest, hardworking, efficient, and all-around great guys to do business with! There isn't a car or problem they can't handle.

I've been going to Lou for over 20 years he has fixed a variety of my cars from a Cadillac 2 Volkswagen and all the way to a Porsche I definitely recommend this place fair prices quality work and everything done on time

The owner was down to earth guy who got my brake pads replaced for a good price. I brought my own parts and one sensor was wrong (NAPA gave me the wrong part), they were able to source one immediately and get it delivered to the shop in 1 hour then got my car ready shortly after.

Great place. Fast turnaround, competent service. I've had my Jeep in a couple times and I'd absolutely go back for other services while I'm in the city.
