They sell refurbished unlocked phones here. Low end to high end. Competitive to Amazon pricing, but you can walk in and see it before you buy. Lots of accessories for the stuff they have in stock. Definitely recommend for those not looking to get roped into expensive monthly phone plans. I bought a refurbished/unlocked Note 8 for a little over $300. Well worth it. No monthly payments on the device bc I own it.

I came here 2 weeks ago to fix my phone screen on my LG G8 ThinQ after I accidentally broke it & they did a beautiful job. My screen had shards of tiny glass falling apart. & since my phone was still kinda brand new, parts was a bit pricey. I called every other place & they wanted to charge me more than 200$ for the parts, delivery, labor.etc. City Cel was the best choice for me. Althought the glass screen protector that I bought from them didnt really stick. It started to come off after 3 days. So that kinda sucked. But all in all, Thank you City Cel for fixing my phone!:)

This is the greatest customer service I’ve recieved. That explains why they’ve been in business for 21+ years. Every time i’ve came in this store it smelled very clean. Im sure it didn’t smell like cat piss until you walked in there. They have the best prices in town as far as I’ve seen. I give this place a five star review all around!

This place is amazing. I first went to apple so they could fix my phone. They returned it to me with my screen fixed, but they said it wouldn’t turn on & my screen was black. So I came here & they fixed it for a better price! When it comes to repairs I will be coming here instead of apple.

I brought my daughters phone in to be repaired for screen on iPhone 5c not working. Eddie and Mary were awesome and were able to repair in less than an hour. Thank you so much!

Cheap glass that hindered the touch feature and glass that broke right after the return period. Overcharged for a simple screen repair.iPhone 6s

I'm not sure why theirs such bad reviews, I took my IPad in to get fixed and I had no problems. The customer service isn't the best, but I didn't go their to get fake smiles, I went to get my tablet fixed.

These guys are overpriced. And they only care about their own pocket money. They probably can fix your phone. But also might damage something else in it just for you to come back and get even more money. Trust me they don't care about customers at all.

Please don't go to these people. They think they can get away with screwing you over. They charged me 145 dollars to fix my iPhone 6s Plus just to put a crappy screen on my phone and they didn't even put all the screws back in. Not to mention my phone would keep freezing every now and than. GO to tech pros in ceres next to 7/11 he is very honest and only charged me 100 dollars.

They ruined my mom's phone. They replaced the screen and asked for the passcode then changed all the configurations and now she can't enable Touch ID and her phone freezes. These people are cheap but they will ruin your phone. Don't come here

By far the west place ever. DONT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU MORE. I went there to get a phone and Idiot Veronica and her buddy Val was telling me I can't exchange my phone that they gave my was fracked because I've already bought it. Yup all they care bout is there stupid ugly ass make up.
