City Center Hotel, Los Angeles CA

The rooms were decent for a motel. Big bed that was pretty comfortable. Shower and restroom were clean. Lots of regular TV channels. The customer service was good. He was polite, respectful, and professional. I'd recommend.

I would give zero stars if I could. Service was terrible. Customer service rep was anything, but friendly. Rooms need serious updating. There was no shower curtain. Busted windows, graffiti on furniture such night tables. Missing light fixtures in the bathroom. No night stand lamps. The vent in the bathroom didn't work. The smoke detector was inoperable. The curtains were see through, so there was no privacy. Wifi didn't connect unless you walked close to the office. Absolutely disgusted with this place. Would not recommend.

In my opinion I haven't seen such a poor hotel in my life. They charged $95 for 1 night, but I think this is a $50 hotel. Worst room and service. Can't recommend to anyone. Rating 0/10

Location was good. Room was ok. Near transport. WiFi non existent to room. Had to pay $100 up front cash. Asked for receipt. Wouldn't give it. The exterior of the hotel needs upgrading. A major paint job.

After travelling 18 countries with hundreds of hotels finally I found my worst hotel ever. Even they don’t give WIFI in the room. No one answers calls at reception. If you call to make changes to reservation like late checkin they will not pick up phone. Worst part is rude reception guy. CURTAINS DON’T CLOSE. AIR CONDITIONER MAKES HORRIBLE NOISE. BATHROOM HAS NO SHOWER CURTAINS SO THE FLOOR GETS WET. I mean staying over there is a night mare. If you do late checkout by 6 pm you pay for the whole day. Anything less than that is $ 30. This motel should be closed by the LA government because of not maintaining standards of hygiene. Water coming out of freezer, rooms are smelling. I usually never give bad reviews because I want business to do well but this place is a nightmare.

I swear that if there was a 0 stars I would give it to this! Don’t wanna be a Karen but for the price, plus no refund, this is bad!

Bathroom water you have to let it run for almost 20 min so you can get hot water
There’s no microwave
No iron for your clothe
My bathroom towel had a hole and it was stained
And roaches in the bathroom.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in. No smoke alarm bad floor.not cleaned. TV volume didn't work. Ac no cover, rusted and molded.

What a beautiful place! Hotel staves were delightful. They were also genuinely friendly and happy to help. The rooms are beautifully clean with a nice outlook. Our room was big, clean and very comfortable. The views from our balcony were extremely beautiful. It was a very good and remarkable experience in my whole life!

I’ve understood this review isn’t for folks who live in LA (cause they already know how terrible this hotel is) but if you’re looking for a cheap hotel, do not stay here. Other reviews say ‘3 stars’…. That’s being extremely generous. This hotel is jus nasty. Holes in the walls, what looks like blood stains on the walls, terrible carpeting/flooring-I wore my shoes the entire time. The bathroom is gross, too. Zero hot water pressure-and when I asked the front desk guy he said, ‘I’ll talk to maintenance’…. Hours later I went back to see if they fixed it and he said, ‘he’s not here, sorry. ’ Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra and stay in a decent hotel. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone for any reason.

This hotel has the best view of the city and the river. Their staff was very friendly, accommodating and hospitable. We have stayed here for years now and still, the experience feels like it's the first time. The kids love the place, too, especially their pool. It was safe with kids and they have on-duty lifeguards all the time.

The experience was just as a fancy fiesta could have always displayed! He Fortune to provide a helping energy has and was applied kept. The area very important to the then and now look loved in Goodness and God's prayers and the impression of to begin the area of growth was very calm and picked up a few new celebs staying there for not so important things but it's a place to rest your head and I like it's a true classic and abrupt heavenly atmosphere if your good in your self God bless and check yourself in to this City Center very zen and very unique find food easily. As well as get delivery and the area stay silent assured blissful peace.just keep praying for the better of yourself and your experience really will be a experience to remember Amen.
