I'm never, ever taking my dog here again. Nails barley trimmed. Recieved wet and shedding all over the car so obviously very little effort was put into grooming. I could've done the work myself if I knew ahead of time this was going to be the result. Was told two hours.he was done in 45min. Was not dried properly and also smells like he wasn't washed. Extremely disappointed and was expecting more from someone local. Will not be coming back and would NOT recommend to anyone. The only redeeming quality is that the employees are kind and responsive. Doesn't make up for poor quality grooming though. This review was two stars originally but down to one now.
I just been here once for teeth brushing for my pup, and the staff was super nice! The service was quick, took 2 min. I liked it

I appreciate your reply to the matter but we did not receive any communication from you regarding your closing hours neither were your closing hours properly updated on Google. How am I as a customer, already paying a hefty price for your service ($120/haircut, small Yorkie), supposed to know your ridiculous fees and policy.
I even showed proof of not receiving any communication from you yet you wanted to stick me with an extra $75 fee. This is after my husband arrived as soon as you called and made us aware of your policy and wrong hours listed on Google.
My advice keep it factual and learn how to run a successful and honest business. Happily using another service since the incident, no issues.
Love love love city dogs. We moved from that part of town and still drive over to see them. Fantastic and professional groomers!
