Ordered 2 bikes online. Received in 5 days during all the craziness and demand for bikes. Arrived and packaged nice. Was updated with an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and an arrival confirmation which made it really convenient.

Its been 10 days and they still havd not shipped any of my items. I understand that covid is affecting shipping time but cmon I ordered from bike bling friday my parts arrived Monday ordered other parts from ebay 2 days delivered not shipped delivered if you guys cant ship in a reasonable time maybe you should close you online shipping as well.

Called in during CV19 quarantine. I'm very green to the BMX world, so needed guidance. Erik walked me through the process with great knowledge, customer service, and personality. He gave me recommendations on what to purchase and gave me tips on things I may need or want as my knowledge and ability for the sport increases. I purchased my first BMX in decades today, and Erik & City Grounds couldn't have made it any easier or more comfortable. I plan on patronizing this place for all of my BMX needs for the foreseeable future!

Purchased a Cinelli Vigorelli Shark frame from them. Being that it is a pricey frame compared the others they sell, you would think that they would want to deliver it in perfect condition. When I received my frame, the seat tube was bent. Luckily enough, I am handy with tools and managed to correct the tube. Point is, there’s no care taken into account when handling customers items, especially those that cost $1000+. Be cautious when buying from them online, opt out to pick it up if you can.

Absolutely had a great experience. I ordered a mountain bike and it shipped out the next day. Their staff was responsive and answered the phones when I called with a question about my order. Ordered on Sunday and the bike arrived on Thursday.

Got a Sunday bike for my 12 year old. He is so happy with his bike! Ordering was easy and shipped quicker than expected. Will definitely be back you guys have a good selection and pricing. Also on a side note they respond pretty quick (same day) if you have questions regarding a purchase.

I contemplated buying a bike, but going over the City Grounds Website over and over again, I made my decision to go ahead and purchase. I am so happy with the service and professionalism. I got my bike within 2 days, and I couldn't be happier.

I ordered a Sunday Scout online during one of the "no shipping charge" promotions. The site is fantastic and the customer service is stellar. They ask you almost right away on their site if you need any help and they were very helpful and answered all of my questions promptly. Even after my purchase they were very available to answer even more questions I had. I would definitely buy from them again!

Not a good experience. Frame was damaged on arrival and when I contacted them to set up a return they said "it's a warranty issue; contact the manufacturer. "

I bought my son the OM Flyer he couldn’t have been happier. The price was reasonable and the bike is beautiful. The online ordering was simple and the bike was ready in 1 Day.

We bought our son's bike online. The bike had a faulty part, No fault from CG. Their customer service was great! Great response time and answered all questions in a very timely manner. The kid is back on the road and having a blast on his bike.

What a great experience shop was very busy for the holidays & Still had my 2019 Haro Shredder ready for pick up before the New year! Highly recommend this shop Brian took care of my needs thanks guys.

I bought a bike from here they mailed it to me a leader cure. When it came the peddle screw and nut or bolt were stripped when I call to let them know they tell you to call the bike company even though you bought it from them. That should be city grounds job to call about products that you expect to be in great condition and you should replace or fix the problem.

City grounds in huntington beach is a very helpful and amazing bike store and so is Rosa! I’d recommend the place to anyone interested in bike riding!

I’ve ordered everything for my bike from their site and I couldn’t be happier. I got my single speed Crew Bike co City-1 fully assembled, toe clips, pedals, wheel set and crankset. Good deals on their site. Nice people every time I pick up an order and willing to answer any questions.
