Canceled my case after making excuses saying the apt I was attending didn't count. Glad I'm switching.

They tell you to check in 15 minutes before your appointment but call you back 30 minutes to an hour after your appointment is due to begin.

I was screamed at by a drunken clinical director until I called the police. He texted me crazy things after hours, and I had to file reports with insurance and the medical board to make the harassment stop. In retaliation, I was immediately dropped from the ENTIRE network as a patient on the day the investigation was completed and action was taken. I’d been at a different FHCSD for 8 YEARS w/o incident prior. I’ll be suing.
Also, Google a page called FHCSD watchdog. Contact them if you’d like to share your story.

My Dr works here. They are great. My Dr was off and I got to see another provider, she was great too.

The worst clinic office I've ever visited. They only have a few parking spaces, and those on the streets are all taken, so you have to drive around to find one. My appointment was at 8: 50 am, but I had to search for parking places after driving 12 miles. By the time I arrived to the clinic, it was 8: 59 am, and they informed me that I was running late. I described the matter to them, but they only offered me two options: wait by walking, which would take somewhere between one and four hours, or reschedule, even though my appointment was merely for a TB test. First of all, I didn’t need to see the doctor but they were telling he has to see you and request for you. It’s okay, I get it. But how long would it takes him to do it, it’s not like he’s dong the but they have lab which they are one’s doing the test. I talked to the manager she is ignorant and kept giving those two option.

I'm curious how you could pretend to be an assistance when that isn't the case. It’s something else they are looking forward to.

This is by far the worst medical center i’ve ever been to.someone below had compared this place to mcdonald’s during a graveyard shift and that is probably the most accurate comparison.i had a medical screening done and had test ordered and got referred to a separate clinic to do my testing.they told me i wasn’t scheduled, asked them to check again and everyone made me feel like i was crazy till i went to another appointment at the fhc my doctor told me she “forgot” to order my test results.as a provider this is extremely unprofessional and careless.also a different time a rude woman at the window straight up read my test results out in the open; obviously super inappropriate and terrible bedside manner.i already stopped going here a long time ago.i would recommend planned parenthood over any fhc, it’s little to no cost, more options for people with no insurance, and they provide most regular non emergency primary care services.

Offers not nearly adequate parking, u will spend 15 minutes finding parking and will lose your appointment and will have come to the clinic for nothing. Don’t bother here, try a different location.

Wow this is ridiculous! I have helped my mother change her PCP to FHC to get better treatment but it happened otherwise. The Service they provide and the care that they have is like going to a McDonald’s in a Graveyard shift. In fact the only thing that has me really mad is my mother cannot speak english and she has not received her medication for past 3 months and her provider has been cancelling her appointments and No reschedules. Her medications are constant medication for blood pressure and Diabetes.
I hope everyone who is patient with this Center will stay careful and be on top of their health and medications. Otherwise you will end up in Emergency Rooms just because you didn’t have your medicines and you had to wait 2 hours in line to speak with an MA.
I wouldn’t ever switch to FHC if I knew how careless the management is.

I beg of you to read the reviews concerning that check-in policy of yours I have read two or three other reviews hear about people who cannot see their doctors because of your check-in policy.
Now here's mine.
Im speaking on my own behalf this time as I update my review. I've spoken up for my roommate about this place and now I speak for myself. They have a check-in policy and I can't fulfill it because *I'm lucky if they can even look up from their desk when I come up to it to check in and as a result I missed my check-in time*. -Let the record show that this was the first time I missed my check and it was because I was confused about where to even go-
The signage is very confusing and misleading I didn't even know where the front door was someone finally told me to go in through the back. One of the receptionists finally noticed that I was there and told me in a very condescending voice that I was in the wrong place "you need to go over to the pediatric clinic" and I wasn't going to the pediatric clinic I was going to the adult. She points to the sign to go to Window 7, the sign was right there at the desk and I don't just walk over to the desk without someone waving me over!
she could help me today. But only to tell me that I was late. I repeated to her that I was late only because I had been in the waiting room for 10 minutes wondering how to check in because of confusing instructions. She replied that since I didn't read the signs correctly I missed the doctor.
*This is the last time I'm going to be treated this way I have decided to go somewhere else. And if my roommate word already with PACE, I would tell him one more to get out of establishment at once because neither one of us deserve to be treated this way. * INCIDENTALLY I DON'T THINK PACES TREATING HIM VERY WELL EITHER. In fact they give him very confusing information about his rides. And other things too.
I'M NOT COMING BACK AND I WISH HE WOULDN'T GO BACK. I have no right to tell him which doctor to go to but I don't like watching him go through this grief either.

This place is the worst I have ever been to. They have the worst location, bad service, bad parking and make you reschedule for being a couple minutes late. Literally saying to reschedule for being 2 min late. Yes not 15 min or even 10 min. I was 2 minutes late. This isnt the only problem. They even tried giving my son double his shots because they were confused on his shot records. The staff is rude and act like they dont care at all about any concern you may have. Not to mention they are unorganized. Poor communication between each other. They have bad attitudes and act like they can care less. This is just flat out poor service. This review is based on 3 years of going here for several appointments and everytime was a bad experience.

I just got 2 mins late and I couldn't see the doctor. I waited 30 mins to hear that I can't see the doctor. We don't know how long we have to wait when we wait for a doctor and they can't wait just a few mins. Don't you think it's ridiculous?
