City Lights at Town Center Apartments, Aliso Viejo CA

Very loud apartments. Poor quality residents. Ineffective management.
The apartment may look nice. But that's all it is these days. The build quality is poor. The in-unit noise level caused by the surrounding units and in-between floors is not good. Can hear every footstep and furniture move from the upstairs resident. Can hear music noise from the surrounding units. All this happens all day and night everyday. Unable to sleep. Management fails to address this. This may very well be the worse apartment.

Guys, these are wonderful apartments and service! The area is clean and well maintained, the apartments are fresh and new! Linda did a 10 out of 10 job and helped us find the right apartment, thank you!

City Lights Apartments disappointed with unprofessional staff and leasing office practices. The team displayed a lack of concern for new tenants’ well-being, providing subpar service. The leasing office practices were questionable, leaving me with a negative impression of the overall customer care. Not the experience I anticipated when choosing a place to live.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Bloggers are paid to give fake reviews. Read the bad reviews and base your decision off that. It’s noisy, dirty, and you get max rent increases every year. The one star I gave is for the proximity to the town center

I want to give a compliment for Martha and Erica, they are very friendly and help maintain City Lights clean. A friendly and responsible staff make City Lights a great place. I would recommend it to anyone searching for an apartment in the area.

Absolutely love this complex, walking distance to the park, playground, restaurants, and stores. Linda and all the staff are great! Highly recommend City Lights!

The maintenance personnel here at this community are so friendly, specially Martha and Erika also I would like to thank them for doing a good job in this community.

Linda, Daniel, Noah, and the rest of the office crew have been so incredible in helping me get leased and set up this month. Daniel went above and beyond to troubleshoot my internet and he fixed my garbage disposal while he was here! Their friendly support has made all the difference in my move:)
