City of Pasadena Parking Office

This place runs an absolutely predatory scam on the people of this city in the way they operate. With ambiguous instructions, inflated "convenience fees", insane permit prices, heavy handed ticket enforcement, and a ticket reversal process that amounts to going down to the office and putting on a song and dance to try and get them to like you in the hopes they'll arbitrarily decide to cancel the tickets at their own discretion.

I think the most galling part of all of this is that nobody ever seems to talk about it in spite of the fact the current parking administration is an antiquated dinosaur empowered by NIMBYS. In spite of the fact that they're actively and callously ruining peoples lives.

If you want an example of corruption in government look no further than the pasadena parking authority. I look forward with great anticipation to participating in the class action law suit once people finally get fed up with this nonsense.

I’ve had several parking ticket reversals. Kindly approach the ticket issuers and they can reverse all tickets basically at their discretion they just won’t advertise it. I had a lot of bad luck one week particularly because of running around old town area and a parking officer was able to do it. Thanks Pasadena

They don't answer their phones. They don't return messages either! Come on Pasadena!

Absolute trash! Horrible service and inconsiderate staff. They’ll charge you per question and offer no solutions ever. This department and city of Pasadena steal money from their residents it’s sad!
