I found a dog in a bad condition and tryed to gwt them to help and they wouldn't. What's the point of having them around of they can't help the animals that need it

I give a zero they deleted my review I complained about dangerous dog attacking other dogs they didn't answer the phone first try call them and try to call again the lady who answer the phone was rude they didn't care complained about dog is destroying personal property and attacking other dogs and the vicious dogs being neglected. IS shame have to give redo a review again.
