City of Riverside - City Clerk - Passport Services

The ladies working there were very helpful. There are instructions on how to sign-in if you do not have an appointment and wanted to do a walk-in. They also provide passport photo service as well for $8 and it is quick. I tried filling out the form at home and did a walk-in without an appointment. I end up filling the application form incorrectly. The lady there provides constructive feedback and advice me to refill it again. After handing the filled form over to her, she just quickly goes through the application from top to bottom. There were lots of gaps where I missed to fill in the application, but she graciously just asked me to confirm some missing details and help me to fill all the missing parts which there were quite a few. To conclude, we were really happy and grateful to take a chance and did a walk in at the locations. Quick note, the lady was working very efficiently, as I was filling out the form, she would pick up the phone to help the caller to schedule an appointment within that time frame.

There are no words that can describe the awesome service that we received today from Cheryl at the City Clerks Passport Services office. We did not have an appointment, we were seen on a walk-in basis and didn't know if we would get the service done timely that we needed. Thanks to Cheryl we did, and we are so grateful that we had her as an agent who demonstrated such professionalism and compassion for assisting us with our needs. The entire staff was great, and they managed the office very efficiently, giving each customer the attention they deserved. Thank you.

We were a walk in for 3 minor passport applications for my children. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the sweet female security guard who instructed us to sign our names in and asked us if we had all the proper forms or she could provide them for us. The wait was long but that's what you expect for a walk in. Took us 2 hours to get out. Patty processed our application and I must say she is probably the nicest city or state worker I have ever encountered. She apologized for the long wait which there really was no need to apologize for.its out of her control. But none the less her empathy and warmth was quite refreshing after waiting long with young children. She was incredibly thorough and ensured all of our info was in order. Thank you Patty!
