Great experience with City Water Conservation recently! Jamie spent time with me over the phone troubleshooting water damage in our home (suggesting a few things I could try on my own). When he came out, he located the source of the problem (a little water from the tub getting behind a gap in drywall) and didn't try to do anything unnecessary in the repair. He was very personable, thorough, and professional.

I was near tears after one day with no water. Everyone I called offered me an appointment in a week. I was really to give up when City Water Conservation, in particular Michael Porterfield showed up. He was knowledgeable and had a calming personality. Within a few minutes he had identified the location of my leak and gave me hope a solution was at hand. For the next several hours he worked tirelessly. Even as evening approached he refused to quit and leave my family without water. I went to bed with water service restored! It’s so true “you don’t miss your water until …. There’s no water in your pipes. ” How refreshing to have someone more concerned about customer service, rather than profit.

Jamie has a well versed of knowledge in his trades. He is able to see the wood is damped and can traced exactly where the leak is coming from where other plumbers cant. I would highly recommend City Water Conservation to anyone who have water leak issues.

I would highly recommend Jamie from City Water Conservation for any job. Jamie quickly responded to my text and came out immediately and on a weekend when I contacted him.

He quickly detected the leak and went above and beyond to accommodate what I needed. All with a sense of urgency and was very honest, professional and very fair with the prices. I can't say enough good things and I am very happy with the service received.

Jordan and Daniel, the repairmen were also very efficient in fixing the plumbing and drain repair.
Now we are waiting for the Five Star Restoration to contact us an taking care of the Drywall portion on our Ceiing/Wall. Hope those people will be as efficient as the City Water Conservation crew! Kudos to Jamie/Jordan and Daniel.

I can't recommend this company enough. I would of gave this company a 10 Stars if I could. They just saved me $10k worth of headaches to say the least. I actually did a video and will email it to them so they can use it for their advertising if they choose. Mike and his colleague came out and diagnosed my issue FAST which saved me time and effort and money! Highly recommended!
