CityHealth - Oakland Montclair

We had to go to urgent care today due to a fall I took yesterday, thinking it’s broken. The team at CityHealth was just wonderful, so kind and efficient. My care team, Tatiana and Angelee couldn’t have been any kinder… the X-ray tech, receptionist, physician assistant, all made my visit as comfortable and quick possible. Thank you!

Majority of reviews are for COVID testing and not urgent care. I made an appointment a day ahead about needing an x-ray. I get there for the appointment and they tell me 30 mins after my appointment was scheduled that their x-ray machine doesn’t work. Seems like they could have checked this ahead of time.

Wanted to test this place out given its location, but you’re better off with Carbon Health

Went for a botox consultation after seeing their special. Ghezal was amazing. I’ve been doing botox for 20 years and this was the least painful experience ever. It’s been 2 weeks and the botox results are amazing. I didn’t feel rushed and she offered botox in places that I didn’t think can make such a huge difference. Found my new botox spot. Highly recommend

Had my appointment for Botox at City Health with Ghezal, very professional and detail oriented. I received great service and recommendations for Future. Highly recommend City Health for skin/Botox treatments. Office is new, very clean and all the staff are very professional and friendly. Great experience will be back again

Super easy to make a same day appointment online. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. No wait once I arrived for my appointment. Office was clean and modern

I made an appointment an hour before I saw a doctor here which never happens at my other doctor office. The front staff was really nice and professional as was everyone I saw at the clinic. It was refreshingly easy and quick and well run. Highly recommended.

It was a bad experience
I was there for 2 hours and they really didn’t take care of me the only thing they wanted to do was test after test than I didn’t want to. They did a Covid test, swapped my throat and X Rays of my back.
I had a sore throat and bad sinus and I have to tell the lady doctor to check my throat.
I knew that I had post nasal drip but it was pretty bad and I told her and she knew it.
Never again
I don’t recommend that scam of a place.

Fast, convenient and the staff were super friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone.

We went there on a Saturday morning and we were very impressed by the service we received. The whole staff was very caring and professional. Highly recommend them.
