I would like to give a review of my experience so far with ClaimTek and ClaimTek training. So far I have had the most stimulating and informative experience with ClaimTek that is exceeding my expectations. I feel very comfortable with the training and advice my trainers give and they are very personable and positive in their approach. I have no reason to feel pessimistic because everyone that has come in contact with me so far has years of experience when it comes to the solutions we provide for all healthcare professionals. I am looking forward to completing my training and starting my business with the confidence that I will be successful.

My wife and I decided to purchase our own business for personal and professional reasons. We reviewed many opportunities and spent countless hours evaluating the risks and rewards for each franchise we came across. Our experience with ClaimTek has been great! Every trainer that we've learned from has been awesome. Everyone has been available and quick to respond whenever we've needed help or just needed questions answered. They have been able to work with our schedule which we appreciated so much. They have tons of valuable information and plenty of resources to help us succeed. Shout out to Nizar, Chris, Jennifer, Tamra, and everyone else who helped us get started and have continued to provide guidance for us when needed.

I am extremely satisfied with the support and training ClaimTek offered to me as a licensee. I feel like a part of their team and their support continues to be outstanding. They are quick to help and respond to any questions or help I need. My trainers were personal, understanding, patient, and knowledgeable. Both softwares are user friendly and pretty self explanatory. I started without any industry knowledge and now I feel confident that I can have a successful business. I am officially done with marketing training and feel ready to approach potential customers. After becoming a new ClaimTek licensee towards the end of May 2023, I am proud to say yesterday (Sept 19,2023), I signed my first client and I have several potential clients in the pipeline. The initial training I received was exactly as ClaimTek advertised and more than I expected. As I move into the next stage of success- Marketing (which is not a strength of mine, just FYI) - I have continued to feel tremendously supported by ClaimTek. Nizar, Chris, and Sarah have been very responsive to my emails and haven’t complained at all that I always seem to be booking a time slot on their calendars to talk with them about questions I have as I continue to focus on building a successful practice management company. After four months as a licensee, ClaimTek is still living up to their end of the bargain. Thank you for being a company that actually does what they say they will do and for helping me continue to stay focused and reach my goals…ahead of schedule!
