Clairemont Cycle Supply reviews
7The big guy who runs the shop is such a piece of trash, pulled a bait and switch, go find out for yourself, you’ll see….
Not very helpful and rude.
Seems more interested in telling people “how it’s done” rather than making a sale.
If you need service on your dirt bike or quad, look no further! I got my carb cleaned and some new tires for my 03 blaster, great turn around time and fair prices. Jamie was super helpful and willing to share his knowledge with me.
Thanks again!
I do not recommend taking a KTM here. They took weeks to order my part, and Jamie completely ripped me off and sent me out with a broken Kick shaft and leaking coolant. Horrible place to get your bike fixed, I would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy.
One star is the lowest I can go unfortunately. I took my 2021 BMW R9T in to have the tube replaced. That was my first mistake. I left with rim damaged and scratched down to the metal along with several scratches to other accessories. I will never come here again. Jamie denied all liability and feigned complete ignorance of the whole situation. There is no way that the bike came in with the damages they caused because the valves stop the rims from even touching the ground in addition to having a lever guard on the bike. Additionally, the tire was completely flat again quicker than the slow leak I brought in with for the fact that it did not even remain aired up for 24 hours. When I made an attempt to settle the matter with the shop, Jaime hung the phone up in my face because he knows he was in the wrong despite me remaining calm the entire time. To make things even worse, they attempted to cover the damages with sharpie marker. I wouldn't recommend this shop even if it were the last one in the city. There is no way in heck I could lay the bike down on the rim even if I wanted to, and I'm really disappointed about the integrity of this shop.
Was only here to buy oil. Jamie looked at the motorbike and gave his impression. I doubt he knows his stuff. He suggest for safety reasons to change the tires and as I am out of town he sneaked me in. You feel he has the knowledge expertise and he is just awesome and would come back but 4k from Alberta for a check up and maintenance isn't easy
What a great motorcycle shop! For motorcycle enthusiasts it like going to Disneyland. Jamie and his staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The shop is spotless and the mechanics are (especially Denis) are very meticulous. Work gets done right and on time. Do yourself a favor get your parts & services done here for desert season.
