They put down traps & never check them. They come without contacting me first therefore I don’t know when they come so the inside doesn’t get sprayed.

Great service, and results from the first spraying. Will always use Clark Pest Control. I have no complaints.

Make sure you don't take off work. They won't show up. Had a rep come out, give quote for termite treatment, signed their agreement/contract, was told to move everything away from house for trenching, did that and ready to pay and schedule. Rep offered dates, I confirmed a date that would work, then no confirmation, no response in emails or phone calls, and a no-show on the date requested.
Avoid. Go with another pest control company.

Prior to hiring Clark Pest Control, we were using “” (major competitor) for a variety of spider and insect problems. And even though “” were spraying for outdoor and indoor pest control needs, we still had pest problems.

Two weeks after Clark Pest Control did their initial spray (outdoor only), whatever spiders and insects that we were having a problem with were nearly gone. A week after their second visit, all the pests were gone. Six months now after Clark Pest Control has been servicing our property, we are pest free.

The young man servicing our account, Austin, has been a true blessing. He always listens to our concerns and has solutions custom tailored to our needs.

These company services my work and I decided to contact them because they offered a discount for my home services. Unfortunately the date we agreed upon came and went with no scheduled technician appearing at my home. When I was finally able to talk to a representative they said they had no record of a contract even though I was holding the triplicate document copy in my hand at least they didn't charge me.

Customer service of Annette was lacking and poor not very friendly for someone who is needing my card information when i am just asking simple questions regarding my account …The only Bug that is bugging me is her attitude… should terminate that.

The last 2 times they were out they came unexpected when noone was home. Only the front yard was sprayed. There is no access to back yard without someone being home.
An automated message calls and leaves a message for next service day but no time. One time they showed up at 7: 30 in the morning!

I have used Clark every place that I have lived in Kern County within the past 42 years and have noticed a drastic decline in service quality and reliability within the last 2 years. Whatever it is I am out. I have been patient and have forgiven for too long. I'm done, Thank you for the years of good service but, it's obvious that what internal changes the company have made has affected service.

Our Technician, Erik, is a wonderful, professional and pleasant person. Every time we reach out with questions, concerns or inquiries, he always replies promptly. Great guy!

Love their service technicians. We keep our gates locked, so our technician always calls me to schedule when to come. And he's always on time. He's very friendly and does a great job. The office staff has always been very helpful when I've called.
