I end up buying from this place, however folks works as employees who doesn’t seems to care about their company. No patience to talk to customer and explain or their question. Customer who end of buying stuffs for about 10k. I wouldn’t say all employees are like that, I end up finding one employee in my 2nd visit who explained things nicely, because of him they got my business else me and my wife were looking for somewhere else.

They do have quite bit collection of stones, grass, pavers, rocks, fountains and other garden decorative n essential. I try to take pictures of all, please take a look.

I was getting all my materials from this place for about a year, what at the beginning I tried to ignore as a one time mistake or a bad day, repeated multiple times with consistent patterns.

First of all is this repeated incident of sneaking in small extra charges into my invoiced purchases.one time For one trip delivery they charge two trips, the other time for a deposit on 10 pallets they charge you 12 and more similar incidents. And worse is when you bring it up to them they refuse to accept.

Second some of the people at the store are very rude, they give you this feeling that they are making you a favor by just answering your questions or accepting you money.

After a year of putting up with them finally changed my shop. Much better experience so far.

Customer service is really great it's one of those places you kind of have to go to the store and talk to the people and see what you want. I would say the website can be updated to make it easily understandable for what you want.

We found some of the harder to fin stones here. Excellent and polite service too (all in masks)

Great place to get landscaping rocks, pavers, sod, tanbark, soil, concrete (trailer rentals too). Unbeatable service and incredible selection of specialty rocks and decorative fountains!

Very helpful and lots of selection of stone, pavers, rocks, sand, fountains, tools, etc. I worked with Suzie and she was awesome! Going back to get some artificial turf!

The prices are great and the customer services is Awesome. I love how the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Bought some pavers. First they sold me based on their calculation for Random design. When I installed all the pavers using exact same design in book, I ended up lot of left over of smaller pieces and short for medium size pieces. I went back to store ask them to exchange and they told me NO RETURNS for pavers. Really, they never told this to me while buying nor it's return anywhere in bill or in store. I had no option but to buy more missing sizes from them and ended up lots of un used pavers, I don't know what to do with that.

I've used this place 3 times for projects around the yard. They're very helpfull if you're not sure what exactly you need, plus their service is very fast. I would recommend you check this place out first before the big box stores for your next garden project.
