Classic Burger, West Covina CA

Worst breakfast ever! I originally wanted to try a burger, but they only served that after 11 am. So I had the steak and eggs since I was craving meat. Bland, burnt, and dry. Kinda hard to mess up a steak 3 times, but they found a way. Same goes for the rest of the meal. Strange how this place is still in business when other nearby restaurants are so much better.

Been coming here since I was a kid, food is good and quick really all you can ask for from a burger shack.breakfast, lunch, and dinner all good.

This place needs to have the health department called on them. Absolutely horrible. DO NOT EAT HERE! Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Food is great, really.it's the customer service that ruined it for us. There's an older woman that runs the counter. She is absolutely rude and disrespectful, no matter how polite you are to her.she lies about what you can and cannot order, to her convenience. I don't understand why there are so many reviews complaining about her attitude, yet nothing changes. Try the chili fries or teriyaki plate, so good. But be prepared for her to treat you like garbage.

I like Classic Burger. Excellent hamburger stand burgers. Not bad teriyaki either.

Best burger spot in the area. Call ahead and pick up in 15 mins. Burgers, pastrami and chili cheese fries.we've been here countless times since we've moved to down the street 4 years ago. Thank You Classic Burger for feeding my family the last few years. We will keep coming back.

Made a stop here on the way to the LA County Fair, had cheeseburgers with fries and a drink. It's okay but In & Out is better and only 5 min's driving further on the 10 east. The staff need to take a customer service class, they're not very personalbe.

Everything here is really good. Breakfast burrito, teriyaki bowl, bacon cheeseburger, chili cheese fries. Great place to eat

Great place to go. Came here after school with my parents all the time. Definitely nostalgic. Great service and great quality food.

My husband and I eat here at least once a week. We always get the same thing (Beef Rice Bowl with the salad on the side they charge you $2 more for salad on the side but you end up getting double rice and meat!) Unfortunately the last time we ate here has changed my opinion of the place. It was 45 min till closing time, the phone was off the hook (the guy working told me that it was because they were closing) I walked in the door at 7: 15pm they don't close till 8: 00pm I asked for 2 of my regulars, the boy told me that they were closed and couldn't make them. I begged him please I just walked 10 min to get there before they closed (with my medical problems that walk almost put me in the er) he finally told me that I could have just the meat and rice but he wouldn't give me the salad with it (makes no sense the salad dosent need to be cooked, but ok fine) He charged no for 2 beef rice MEALS! When I walked back to my house I turned in my drive way right it 8: 00pm (closing time) I got inside and opened my food end it was not even cooked all the way, the meat was just barely browned and not cooked enough for us to even be able to eat it! So I ended up paying $35 for a walk that almost put me in the ER to get food that I could not even eat!

It just ok. The burger is to thin. & Chicken and teriyaki is just ok. I couldn't even find the chicken.

What a great place to catch good food. My wife and I stopped by and took a chance on Classic Burger, and we were greatly surprised. We enjoy supporting small local businesses instead of the corporates. Stop by and you will see what I am talking about.

When I was ordering I saw a rat running over the hood disgusting! I just walked away never go back there again the kitchen always not well maintained.

They kick me out for not wearing mask and I understand that but there was customers eating inside. This don’t make sense.

Prices went up food quality is not the same they are getting greedy couldn’t even get a plastic plate for my kid would not be coming back would give zero stars if possible save your money and go elsewhere

I know a lot of people swear by their breakfast burrito spot, but this place truly does have THE best. Perfect ratios of potato, bacon, cheese, & egg. Crispiness & fluffiness designated to the appropriate ingredients. Seasoned well. Despite being an "all the fixings" kind of person, this burrito does not need salsas, sauces, or avocado to make it shine because it stands on its own merit of simplicity. I wish this was my local spot

This place is too pricey for the poor quality of food. Also, the older lady at the counter is very rude and has terrible customer service skills.

Good local burger joint.the bad reviews are from people who refuse to wear a mask inside the small dining area - they will not take your order otherwise.each time i go in there recently, there's someone, mask-less, having a fit.oh well, get you burger somewhere else.

My go to place for chicken teriyaki, always yummy! I phone in my order and in 10 minutes or less it's ready.the gentleman at the counter is always nice.
