Classic Smiles Orthodontics- Dr. Kevin G. Bakar, DDS, Yorba Linda CA

My daughter just completed her second phase with Dr. Bakar, which was quite a different experience than her previous orthodontist. We couldn't be happier! Dr. Bakar and his office staff Jocelyn are very professional and accommodating. Dr. Bakar's office hours are Friday, Saturday and Sunday for routine adjustments, which worked best with my work schedule. Dr. Bakar is not only a perfectionist but a comedian too. My daughter just loves Dr. Bakar.

Dr. Bakar did a great job with my son's teeth. He was friendly and patient with questions. Appointments were efficient, and rescheduling was easy.

I had my second phase of braces done with Dr. Bakar and it was very different from my previous orthodontist. They were very clean, made small talk while you waited for your appointment and were over all amazing. I have never been happier with how straight my teeth turned out; as Dr. Bakar is a perfectionist and wants to ensure you have the perfect smile.

As an older adult I was nervous about orthodontic work. I placed my trust in Dr. Bakar and it was the best decision. His expertise is superb and his guidance in the entire process was reassuring. A true professional! Additionally, his staff were equally professional and responsive. I couldn't be happier with the results.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Bakar and his practice to anyone that has orthodontic needs. He utilized many different tools and techniques in order to deliver a perfect result in less time. You can tell he is an expert in his field and holds himself to a high standard of excellence. He explains everything he does and always provides options and choices. Jocelyn, his office manager, is very friendly, quick to get back to you with schedule changes if you need them, and is incredibly accommodating. I am so glad I chose Dr. Bakar to fix my teeth and I feel so much more confident about my smile.

I would like to begin this review by saying that I worked in Dr. Bakar’s office for a while before getting my braces done by him. In the time I worked there I was able to truly see the amazing work he has done for so many patients. It’s one thing to be a patient and see the work he has done on yourself, but being an assistant and seeing actual results from start to finish was even more amazing!
Dr. Bakar is very professional and SUPER meticulous. And I mean it. I feel like his personality is what contributes to the amazing work he does. No one likes to hear that their time in braces will have to be extended another month or two, but trust me, Dr. Bakar does not want anyone to leave his office short of perfection.
I had had previously gotten braces before back in high school and all SEEMED okay when I got them off, but little did I know that the work that orthodontist did wasn’t good and that my molars had tipped inwards so much that it put my gums in danger of recession! Dr. Bakar listened to my wants as a patient and presented me with a few viable options he could do and informed me of each of the options’ pros and cons and helped me decide based on what I wanted.
I started dental hygiene school and had to take my braces off so that my classmates can work on my teeth while I worked on theirs. I understood fully that I was ending treatment early, but Dr. Bakar had informed me way beforehand that if I did end treatment early, the results would not be 100% where he wants it to be. But I was okay with this fact, and I started treatment knowing this from the beginning.
But to be honest, I WAS SO HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS! I didn’t think my smile would change too much since I had braces before and my teeth weren’t crazy crowded, but all those minute details Dr. Bakar was able to do in the short amount of time he had to work with me did wonders! I am honestly very happy with the results and I LOVE smiling. I feel like I take a lot more pictures and (to be completely honest) selfies now because it makes me happy every time I see my smile.
Also, in the time I have worked there, I have seen Dr. Bakar give back to the community a number of times. He would help local schools on multiple occasions, and he is even helping my school by donating to our charity drive to get oral health care supplies to children in need!
From his hard-working attitude, MANY years of experience, and genuine passion in his art to help others, Dr. Bakar truly is an amazing orthodontist. I 100% believe in his work and the skill he has to help people achieve exactly what they want with their bite and their smile.

Dr. Bakar was amazing and helped me get my smile and teeth to where I wanted them to be. Would definitely recommend to others.

Dr bakkar, you rock. When my wife first went to your office she did not like to smile and thought her gaps in her teeth were unfixable and would have to live with it. 3 yrs later and the awesome job you did. You have now brought out her beautiful smile that has been hiding. Thank you for giving my wife a big self confidence boost to smile!

We had such a wonderful experience. My daughter's smile turned out beautiful. Her bite looks great and our dentist even commented how great everything looked. We're so happy with everything. Being able to schedule Friday and weekend appointments was such a relief to our busy family life too. We highly recommend!

If I could give more than five stars, I would. My son's dentist recommended Dr. Bakar to us, and we are so happy she did. After a little over two years, my son's braces were removed today, and the results are amazing. My son has a beautiful smile now, and his teeth are perfectly aligned, as well.
We would highly recommend Dr. Bakar to anyone looking for an Orthodontist! He truly cares about his patients!

Doctor was great during the while few years my daughter had her braces on. She just got them off today and they look fantastic!

We are amazed at Julia’s post-braces results. She now has a perfect bite as her upper and lower teeth form a perfect fit. Dr. Bakar and his team provide a great service and it shows. The year and some went by pretty fast as setting up the appointments were very easy.

My teeth look amazing! I wore braces for a couple of years because I had a tooth removed, and I didn't want an implant. Dr. Bakar closed up the space and aligned my teeth perfectly! I love my smile! I wasn't sure he was going to be able to close the gap because I have ginormous teeth, but he did! I highly reccomend him!

Dr. Bakar is an exceptional orthodontist. My son was in his care for the last couple of years. Dr. Bakar is a perfectionist and went above and beyond to make sure my son’s teeth were perfectly aligned. We are grateful for the all the extra effort he put in. His staff is exceptional as well. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who is looking to get a perfect set of teeth.

Dr Bakar saved my son! We had a very very bad experience at another Orthodontist, and ended up leaving them. We were then referred to Dr Bakar and he welcomed us and explained how he could help. My son now has the most beautiful smile in the world, Right in time for his Senior pictures! We could not be more happier with the treatments and exceptional kindness he and his staff showed us. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an Orthodontist! He truly cares about his patients! I will be bringing my daughter here in a few months when it’s time for her braces.

When I first started the process to get my smile I had an open bite and we didn't think it would be possible to get it fixed with out having surgery when I was much older, however Dr. Bakar made it happen! I have always felt very comfortable with doctor and the amazing staff.
