20Great customer service and excellent work. Timothy Vang was a very nice and helpful person who really loves what he does. He does everything he can to help you and make sure that your car is up and running in perfect conditions. Also, the managers are really nice and profesional who do everything in their power to help out their customers. The two managers that really helped throughout the process of getting my car fixed were Robert and Arthur. These three people mention in the comment are excellent workers and very helpful. If you want to get your car fixed, there is no dough that these people would do everything to get your car fixed and making it feel like new.

Through the website I went to browse used vehicles. Every single one asked that you sign up just to see the price. Saw a few and checked. Nothing really caught my eye but since then I've gotten called daily. The other lots called once and have since left me alone. This is an aggressive and uncalled for tactic. Forced me to block the number. I can just imagine how dealing with and actual salesman in person would be like.
Adam was great! I came for a car recall I notified him I had an appointment at 3pm if there was anyway my car can be done by the time. He was very friendly went above and beyond and even did a check in!

Service was incredible! I got my first car here and the help was super efficient. They helped me find my right fit and price and made it work super quick. Tyrell helped me out and he was the absolute best, always on top of things and making sure i legitimately had the best possible option for everything. 10/10!
Very disappointed, was suppose to lease a car manager himself and sales person both gave me their word about the car told me to put my name on the car so it wouldn’t sell out to anyone else a brand new 2022 Honda Civic for them to blame everything on me and tell me they can’t give me the car after all after giving me their word on getting the car had very high hopes about it just for them to screw me over.
Had the BEST experience ever! Thank you Mercedes for being so patient with me in choosing the right car for me. Went from a 2019 Honda Accord to a 2022 Honda Civic Sport and I'm so excited! Mercedes is so professional and her car knowledge is on point. She was able to answer my questions regarding the car. Thank you again Mercedes for helping me. I desperately needed a new car and was nervous I was not going to get the right car for me in this moment. But, after going to Clawson, I was able to find my perfect car.
As soon as we pulled up to the lot, Cristina instantly came out to greet us. She was very welcoming and super sweet. Before we got to picking out cars, she wanted to get to know me first in order to find my perfect car.
Cristina and I test drove a couple of cars I was interested in and continued to get to know me. It’s very hard to find people who truly care to get to know those that they are trying to help/work with.
After getting into my 18’ Honda Civic, I instantly fell in love with the car and just had to have it!
Cristina was also very patient during the process of it all and I truly appreciate her so much for how much she wanted to help me find my perfect fit.

Honda Clawson is a really good place and has amazing nice people, for one Tim is an awesome person. Every time I come in to get service done, he always makes sure the work that needs to be done get’s done. He works with my schedule and makes sure the job gets done. That is why I recommend him and I always ask for him when I get there. He is very nice and that is why I always come to Honda.

Great customer service! When my check engine light came on and I car lost power on the freeway I pulled over and had my car towed to Clawson. Their service station was closed but I was glad I was able to use their drop off lock box to leave my vehicle & my keys. I just had to fill out a form with my information and the reason for dropping off my car. I love that they had this option, I thought I was going to need to contact them the next day but first thing the next morning Adam contacted me to let me know they would begin diagnosing my vehicle to find out the cause of my check engine light turning on. This was one less thing to worry about knowing my car was being taken car of right away!
Mercedes diaz was very helpful trying to find me the perfect car. She's energetic and makes the process fun and entertaining. She gave me snacks and water, and the list goes on.thank you so much Mercedes!
I bought my 2016 GMC a few years ago. Last couple times the check engine comes on I take it in and I end up taking it to the GMC dealership. I never get returned phone calls to release the contract to GMC. I wish Robert Hannah would return his calls and voice messages.
Tim Vang in the service dept was top notch yesterday.i drove up mid afternoon with no appt scheduled and was prepared to leave my Accord over night. He came right out to greet me when I pulled up and took care of me right away. Very professional and friendly. In and out in less than 15 mins.
