Rude and dismissive treatment. Maybe that’s why others with complaints could not resolve. Obviously, if everything goes well others are happy. But the disregard for customer problems make this a “buyer beware” company.

Beautiful houses, the finishes are luxurious, the customer service is excellent. They have a variety of houses in terms of design and price.

Their job application process is a complete joke. Says they’re hiring but always get someone on the phone who ISN’T the hitting manager.
