Straight and to the point! Even though I had to test three times, I never once waited to have my vehicle inspected.

I was in town to smog an RV with another shop. They had a technical glitch which left me stranded since I was coming from 2.5 hours away. I called they were able to get me in and sniffed in no time! Thank you for making it happen!

Went in for a smog check. I initially went to another smog station and was told my cat converter was incorrect for the state of California. I installed a brand new OEM cat converter from the dealer. I went back to the original smog station and they were closed. I called Clean Planet Smog and asked if they had time for a smog on a 2004, they said “yes. ” When I arrived I told them up front everything that had happened and showed them all my paperwork. They stopped me mid explanation and handed back my paperwork and they said “I can’t smog your car, it will effect my score too much. ” I said “my car has a factory catalyst that I spent $2000 on. ” They told me “I can’t. ” I felt that I was unfairly treated. I understand that the state of CA has difficult laws however I am trying to follow the appropriate laws and regulations and give this business a chance for my business. I just feel that I was not given a fair opportunity. I found another smog station that listened to what I had to say and passed my car later that day.

Great customer service, they were about to close shop when I arrived on a whim after running errands and they stayed open and completed my smog check in less than 15 minutes. Very nice and didn’t make me feel like a burden, and even washed my windshields! I’d return again in the future.

I was there today. I didn't have a long wait. They were very courteous, helpful and straightforward. And had a very clean and nice bathroom I might add. Made the trip painless and easy.
