6What a beautiful mobile home community! Very well kept park and it looks like the tenants take pride in where they live. Homes and yards are well maintained. Great place to call home.
We are looking at buying a home in the park. The area is so beautiful, quiet and peaceful. It is just my wife and I and our two youngest daughters. Our other children are grown and we are going into our retirement years. We're looking for a quiet friendly place to call home for many years to come. From what we've seen and from talking with Rhonda, we believe we've found the perfect place for us. Barbara and Rhonda are both very personable and knowledgeable and very welcoming. Rhonda was the one to showed us the home and the property. She told us all about the community there, as well as things to do in the area. If you're considering moving or visiting Clear Creek Estates, I highly recommend it.

French Gulch mobile park is absolutely the best family park I have ever seen! The incredible staff they have, (Rhonda, Barbra, maintenance men Eric and George, AND Rhonda’s husband: D) just have done such an amazing job at taking care of the park and making sure it remains beautiful, peaceful for all, and safe for everyone. And then you add the neighbors who are also amazing and look out for each other and help watch over each other. Absolutely love living there!
Love this jewel of a park nestled into the mountains of French Gulch. Quiet living, nice people, beautiful park. I enjoy every day of living here. Thank you to the Great management (Rhonda) making sure park is always at its best.
