Clearman's North Woods Inn, La Mirada

I took my Family out yesterday and had such a great experience. Maria our server was friendly, efficient and attentive! Thank you so much for such a great experience Maria!

Love the service, food and dessert. Our favorite is the carrots cake dessert. The porterhouse steak and filet mignon is wonderful.

The steak was great! The shrimp was ok. The baked potato and cheese bread were yummy. The salad was just iceberg lettuce (try harder). No veggie options: (

Good portions of food. Food was good and the staff knew the menu didn’t miss a beat and we had our food in a timely fashion nothing was incorrect we all said “we should go back to that place! ” So yes I would recommend this place to anyone. I also want to mention when we went here it’s sad that it was busier than usual but our food and everything was still out in less than 15 minutes

Best food, nice staff members, regularly awesome vibes. They charge convenient rates and the food quality is great. Highly recommended.

Due to the Pandemic Northwoods in La Mirada worked their tales off due to the fact we were seated outside and they followed CDC rules. My favorite place to eat for Birthdays Anniversaries and just to have a wonderful meal

The wait was terrible. I know it was New Years Eve but I ordered my food at 4pm and they told us to be there at 7: 15pm to pick up. When I got there (at 7: 15pm) there was a long wait and for some reason there were people walking in after me and ordering and received there food before me. I was one of the last ones there to get my order. Once I did get my food I wanted to go through it to make sure my order was complete and the manager put my bag on the floor and caught herself and picked it back up. It was just bad.

Had a very good experience in this spot with my son. The food arrived quick and the service is just great. Prices are fair.

Picked up new years eve dinner. They were running behind and very busy, but the food was perfect.

Not horrible, but the food was disappointing for the price. Service was good. Quarantine is hard, so I'll give them another try when things go back to normal.

Best salad and cheese bread on the planet. Been coming here since I was 4 years old and still love it at 48. My favorite is the Hamburger Steak with cheese butter on the baked potato. Yum

The steaks are expensive but they are good sandwiches are higher in pricing but decent very good quantities of food are real good and you can't beat the cabbage and the blue cheese salads all you can eat not to mention the cheese bread

Haven't been here in a few years but it's comforting to know that some things don't change. My ribeye steak was excellent and you have to leave their bread topped with the Clearman's spread!

Always delicious. The signature salads and cheesbread are always a highlight to start the meal. A little pricey but well worth it it for special occasions.

Been going here 25 years - the food is wonderful and it's so unique that it really stands out as a local landmark. The only thing is that it is very pricey for a family to go eat at - but I really love the cheese bread!

I have been going here since I was a child. The original in San Gabriel was the best, but the La Miranda location is convenient, has a wonderful atmosphere, and the food is delicious. I had such a wonderful time at the North Wood Inn with my parents, sister, and hubby. These are the special moments I treasure.

The North Woods Inn must have thousands of reviews. My wife and I ate there because the restaurant next door, our intended destination, was closed. We plan to not go back. Everything was okay, but nothing was excellent, or even really good. Too much food. Two salads, two starches, too much. The steak I had was no better than the steaks I cook for myself at home.

Don't get me wrong I've been going here for my entire life the salads are amazing but every time we go to this particular or Northwoods in the service seems to be lacking I don't know if it's the management if it's the service or they're understaffed or what the hell is going on but it's just slow oh and just for my own information the sandwiches are really worth it it's it's worth just getting the premium steak that's it

I always love their all you can eat salads and cheese bread. There have been times that is all I will get.
