Bhim Rai of ClickAway in Los Altos had been my PC doctor for several months. Finally it became too expensive to keep fixing it - cheaper to buy a new one. In one day, Bhim set me up with a new Lenovo with a 1T drive, 8 meg RAM & a VGA. He successfully installed my Office 2016, which was a huge relief. Very reasonable price & service with a smile (behind his COVID mask). I highly recommend Bhim & ClickAway.

Called the day before to try and get my iPhone 11 Pro fixed, said the name very clearly through the phone too by the way, Where they proceed to tell me to bring my phone in, they look at my phone fully recognizing that it is indeed an iPhone 11 Pro. I drop it off go to work for about oh I don’t know like 7 hours. I go back in to see if my phone is done and they say “oh we can’t repair the 11 pro”. The fact that this place has stayed open for so long giving out service like that is baffling to me. If you actually want your phone screen repaired definitely don’t go here.

I know Bhim since many years and have learned that he is an very friendly person and an explicit professional with rhigh expertise.

My PC needed some serious attention, I identified 6 problems and asked Bhim to look into this. Bhim just needed 30 minutes to investigate and solve all 6 problems.

I have purchased multiple computers from ClickAway and their service is excellent. They listened to my recent need for a replacement and prepared the appropriate computer for my pick-up, with very good communication.

This is a horrible location to get your phone fixed. Payed $220 with the warranty. They do not do a proper job and the Guy is rude. I came in on a Friday and accidentally dropped my devise the next day, even tho they placed a plastic on it the new screen broke regardless of the minor fall. The screen was not properly placed and came off Upon impact. When I came in to see what could be done the guy said it was my fault and that the screen coming off was something out of his control. He offered to fix it but would have to charge again! What a Rip Off! Offering a $20 dollar discount, this was the worst experience. Do Not Take your phone here!

My 2 year old Thinkpad T460s was having a mysterious issue where it would refuse to turn on after shutting down. Even in the midst of the quarantine, dropping off my laptop was a breeze and I was kept in the loop every day on the status of their diagnostics. After 3 days of them running tests and working on this laptop, they determined that there was a catastrophic hardware failure on the motherboard. They determined that the best cost/benefit was to purchase a new computer rather than attempting a very expensive, and possibly unsuccessful repair. Cost of their diagnostics and work was $0. Very appreciative of their speed, communication and professionalism. Will recommend to my family and friends.

This ClickAway location has always given me great service. I have purchased at least four laptops over the years and they have resolved any issues that have come up quickly and professionally.

I had my home wiring upgraded with CAT6 Ethernet cable. Sal and Steve from ClickAway Los Altos did a great job pulling cables through partly-inaccessible crawl space, figuring out how to get clean-looking connections at every endpoint, testing all the cables, and cleaning up everything up at the end. I highly recommend them for cabling work.

Very expert to solve problems quickly. I had to bring my printer for repair and Patrick carried it in from the car and back again. He fixed the problem quickly for a nominal fee. I thought I had broken it. They upgraded my laptop and printer from Windows 7 to 10 earlier and solved glitches effectively.

I’ve had very good luck with these people, I’ve only been there for repairs but they been quick and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.

Brought my laptop in for repair in February with a water damage:

Performance back then:
• Had to call them many times, they frequently delayed returning the PC for no apparent reason.
• Not good and rather expensive, but laptop worked so I was happy and did not see want to invest any more time in this.

Six months in, my laptop stopped working. Brought it in to a different specialist, who looked at it and opined this must be an old water damage that was sloppily repaired. He tried but could not get the laptop working again.

Hence, I contacted clickaway:
• They denied that it was their fault (of course - it is impossible to prove for me that I did not have a new water damage)
• They denied ever having taking photos with which we could have compared the location of the water damage (I am almost 100% certain they took photos since I saw it their CRM)

I asked if they would have a look at it again or at least take in the laptop for slightly above salvage value so I could get some money back from my repair (~400 USD) - Instead they "offered" a discount on new repairs, i.e. Forcing me again to spend some money with them.

In a nutshell - rather slow and unresponsive repairs but the weak point for me really is customer service. Will go to a larger and more professional service next time. Probably okay for small stuff, but would not trust them with bigger repairs.

My HP laptop crashed. I took advantage of their free diagnostic check worth $49. I was guessing $400-500 work needed. I was pleasantly surprised that all it needed was a tuneup which I could afford. They also installed different anti-virus program, Bullguard. My previous one was Trend Micro. This was the Los Altos branch on Main St.

These are honest and fair repair men for all computers! The fees are really low and they don't try to gouge you or oversell the services! Highly recommend them!

Ive been a customer for over 8 yrs. I bought HP desktop PC's, printers, laptops and other peripherals. Great place to get your computer equipment fixed.
