Could not be happier with their service! We had a decent bit of work done on our 2013 GL450 a couple months ago before moving to the east coast: CV boot replacement, transfer case fluid service, rear differential fluid service, serpentine belt and idler pulley replaced, camshaft position sensors replaced, spark plugs replaced, brake fluid and reservoir replaced, HVAC blower motor + resistor replaced, cabin charcoal filter replaced, right air intake tube replaced. Adam and the team know their stuff and are Mercedes experts - definitely give them a call!

If you're going in with a messy car they will turn you away and you will have time waisted. For sure.

The team there is great and has been the only shop to touch my car. They are always available to help and get the problem fixed quick, Definitely a trustworthy shop I definitely recommend. Clifton Mercedes is a great company to do business with. They have taken care of our car since it was new. A family owned company Mark is now retired and his son, Ryan is doing a great job and we highly recommend them.

My Mercedes has a common oil seepage issue. A dealer told me that it needed to be fixed at a cost of $, 1900. I took my car to Clifton for a second opinion. Mark Clifton looked at it and said that it was common and rarely needed to be fixed. A year later I took my car to Clifton for the B service. The mechanic thought that the seepage was so minor that he was not going to mention it. I recommend Clifton for service and repair. They are honest. They do not try to upsell or tell you that you need something that you don't.
