The receptionist/front office staff is very very lazy. The Drs should be ashamed and need to straighten out their front office staff. They never want to communicate with the insurance company to get an authorization number for scheduled services. Plus, they referred my father to a certain specialist, only to be told when he got there, "We don't accept your insurance, sorry. " It was a huge inconvenience to a nearly 80 yr old man.

Still bad as I used to go when I was a kid (8years old) glad I got my brother to switch clinics/doctor.
