Worst place ever. Me and my coworkers came here to get tested for Covid and: 1. Horrible service they are rude, 2. They tell you that if you test positive you HAVE TO see the doctor and pay $35 dlls, they don’t give you the option, and when you see the doctor they give you a shot which is $60 dlls.all that plus the $160 for the test. 3. They charge you a lot and the test isn’t even reliable! My coworker who was there with me tested positive and have to pay all those fees. A couple of days after she when to another place to get tested for Free and she was Negative! That happen to other 2 coworkers who went there too. Horrible experience, waist of time and money

Don’t go to this clinic! They are spreading COVID-19 through our community. One of the employees tested positive for Covid-19 and continued to work. And was working with patients that where there to get tested for Covid-19. If they where not positive when they went to the clinic I am sure they left positive. This should be considered manslaughter if someone dies from visiting this clinic.our community needs to stand up to establishments that this, just because we are Hispanic they think we don’t know proper Proper protocol.

Staff is good, seems caring, but meds do not seem to be effective. Maybe so that you return and pay more?

I call this place yesterday.but is weird, because I have little cut in my hand and i need tetanus vaccine and they told me were in your job, work for a company, work in your own, have insurance, workers camp finally send to the hospital I don't get it

I came here yesterday after a friend recommended this place he has been going to for some time. I had seen my pcp with insurance the week prior for non stop cough, shortness of breath, and he said it was only flu like symptoms. He prescribed me an inhaler, tesslon pearls an antitussive and robitussin. All last week I felt extreme pain in my chest, couldnt get out of bed and again couldnt breathe. My friend and fiance seeing how bad I was they said just go and see what they say.

Went in around noon, it can be a long wait because they dont do appointments only walk ins but I didnt have to wait long. The doctor that saw me was very professional checked my breathing patterns and suggested a chest x ray to rule out pain but she believed it to be pneumonia. I had the x ray done, told me i was pale looking (because I was) and my oxygen was below the normal rate of 95. After the x ray was done I had a nebulizer and oxygen for 20 minutes. After this I felt like a new person I could breathe again without any pain. I felt the care was sincere and it was pneumonia after all something my PCP didnt take time to find out and after all the $345 spent on care that day, today I feel better than I did before. I am not grasping for air, and dont feel pain. I have to return tomorrow and think this will be my place to come instead of my pcp for other than physicals and obgyn.

After all I spent here I think it was cheaper than going to any other urgent care with medications included and all. The ER was my next stop and we all know how expensive this can be. The doctors here do take their time to listen to you and rule out something before they let you go. I am so glad that I came here.

I usually don’t post reviews & before coming to this clinic I often check the reviews to read other people’s review. It was 50/50 on peoples experience. So I decided to come here because my parents suggested to go to a different Dr to get a 2nd opinion. My daughter started getting sick last December 2018 to this year 2019 really often. In March they diagnosed my daughter with Intermittent Asthma which I didn’t understood why. She would have problems breathing and have the cough constantly. So I been with my daughter on and off with her sickness and when she gets sick she gets asthma symptoms. She has Kaiser Permanente! So all her DRS would tell me it’s a virus nothing serious just Mild. Always telling me she’ll be fine in a week. Giving her so many prescriptions for asthma and wheezing. So this week she got sick and she started with a fever and soar throat and I took her to Kaiser and again it’s a virus. Friday night she got worst with the fever and she was breathing so fast that she wasn’t getting enough oxygen. She will wake up crying that her chest hurt and her throat. I called Kaiser for an appointment for sat morning and they said to walk in Urgent Care it will take 2hrs. I decided to wait another night assuming my daughter will get Better but Sat night her breathing was really bad that I was afraid my daughter will stop breathing. My parents told me to take her to Clinica Mi Pueblo knowing I would have to pay out of my pocket which I didn’t mind at all as long my baby can get better. When I get there The Staffing was nice even tho I waited for an hr and the Dr was very kind and she was very concern about my daughter health. She requested to take an Xrays to see her lungs and I was very surprised what she found in my daughter lungs. She had Pneumonia! And a huge infection in her throat. I honestly thank God I brought my baby here. Now my daughter feels so much better. As a mother I advice every parent don’t wait get a second opinion if you think your child isn’t getting any better with their primary Doctor. I would highly recommend Clinica Mi Pueblo. They made me and my daughter feel like home. Thank you so much. God bless you all

This place is horrible.do not waste your time. The staff or front office is absolutely rude. The doctors there were good some time ago.could not tell you now since my last two visits to this place I never made it in to see a doctor. I signed in.they asked if your new patient.answer yes.and 45 minutes later they ask me "are you waiting to be seen". Do they think I just came to hang out or something.because this is such a wonderful place. 25 minutes later hey.what's your name. Are you kidding? The staff or front office are inconsiderate and uncaring.and I guess the doctors or owners of this clinic are to blame for not keeping an eye or taking control of this situation, this seems to be happening to more than just a few patients. Will never go back. Absolutely disappointed.

Really bad clinic I went in about 2 weeks ago with ear problems the dr prescribed something super strong that didn’t help only made my body sick. My ears continue to hurt all they care about is getting paid that’s it. When I was being seen by the dr I felt like she was acting more like a clown than a dr she kept laughing and trying to joke around when I didn’t see anything funny this this clinic needs a better doctor

Been there several times. So far I've had a very good experience w the staff and the doctors. I go here every time I think the doctor from my insurance is not helping me at all. This cost me money out of my packet but I'm willing to pay if they can go one step ahead of my diagnostic.

I have to say that this place is a great place!
I was so sick this week with the flu. Just horribly sick! I was told by my DR.not to go not to go to ER because of the long wait and the amount of people already there with flu. But I was to sick NOT! To see a dr. So I had heard about this place by friends and in-laws. They have always had good results.
So I went. The wait was about an hour (not to bad). But well worth it! The Dr was very patient with me and took the test she needed to take and gave me the magic shots I needed! Oh my God! I started feeling better in minutes! You know that flu shot we would get back in the days?
Well I am feeling 90% better a day later this horrible flu is almost gone.

I so recommend this little clinic
not only for the flu, because my mother in law has gone there for other illnesses and has always been very happy with their care. Well I am to.
