Clinica Sierra Vista - Orange and Butler Community Health Center

Worst clinic I have ever visited. First time visit took over two month wait for appointment. Did lab work and nobody ever got back to me to explain results. Tried to talk to my doctor and staff there advised me she was gone and they only had temporary doctors working. New hires would start in September and even then appointment would be way beyond that date. Terrible place to go.

I was able to get a next day appointment my daughter was seen quickly and we were out of there in less than an hour.

Absolutely awful! They never answer the phone and wait times are over 2 hours. Waited in the room for the doctor for hours. If you have an appointment make sure your whole day is free because you’ll be here almost all day.

Dr Gonzalez. Is a good Dr. Only waited 20-30 each visit. Now he's not there? Where is he? Been my Doctor 8 years?

Dang how many time do I have to call to get someone on the line geez. Never calling this place again, it’s like they want you to go inside the place instead of just answering! I do not recommend this place, don’t even chance it.then when they finally do pick up they’re all rude af.

One time I took my kid as a walk in since my insurance has been discontinued and when I got there they were so nice checked me in and all. Like an hour later they said if I can come back after the doctors lunch. I went home fed my kids. I came back and was told my son couldn’t be seen. They tried telling me it wasn’t a good excuse for him to miss school.
I made them give me a doctors note and they ended up seeing.
Until today it’s been maybe like 7-8 months and I’m still waiting for my sons podiatrist referral.

Worst place ever.

Unless you visit the clinic in person, phone calls and voicemails will go unanswered. It is challenging assisting my elderly parents with their healthcare appointments and referrals when the members of this clinic do not appear to care about the community members. Please remember healthcare providers and assistances that you deliberately entered this field which requires providing services to the public. If it's not what you anticipated it would be, then please change career fields

This place is so unprofessional. Doctor Pinto is so unprofessional and should not be a doctor. The staff as well it looks like they don’t know what they’re doing. I had an appt.and they didn’t even check me. They just sent me outside to wait for almost an hour. If this is a nonprofit clinic, they’re not doing what they’re supposed to. They don’t care about their patients. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!

Worst F***** place. I came in to get my blood test done and I'm here waiting for someone to take my damn blood. I came in at 8am hoping to see someone early but no. Right now it is 9: 30am. Should not take two hours to see someone. This place need to be investigated.
