I never leave reviews but I wanted to take a moment to thank Dr. Stanley. He’s an extremely effective chiropractor and radiates professionalism and decency.

I always have a fabulous experience. The doctors always take their time with me. The staff is always nice in the front. Definitely the best chiropractor and dentist I have had in years.

Idk what happened with this place. I've been going to the Simi location for a year now. It has taken 8 months for an MRI of my neck bc of the merry-go-round between Pain Mngmt Dr, Clinicas and my insurance. Now it's going to take 2 months to get an appt to go over the results with my PTP, Dr. Sohol! Really? ! Ummmm, NO. Plus, you can never reach staff directly anymore. They do have a call you back option, which when you're caller 17, I use that call back option. That works 1/2 the time. Also, when I press ENGLISH I expect to hear someone speaking English while I'm on hold for 15 minutes before I give up and use call back option. I don't understand Spanish, so why do I have to listen to it, continually, while on hold? ! Actually, they should get rid of the lady speaking altogether. It's constant and it's annoying, in any language! Yes, most of us know if it's an Emergency than go to the freakin ER. I did give 2 stars bc the staff is ALWAYS great and helpful, Dr. Sohol is really great too. There's just 1 of her tho. Please if the Corp folks are reading this- get this clinic more help and more Dr's! It's a great place for us in Simi that want Healthcare places besides Urgent Cares or ER visits. Otherwise, I'm telling you this place will fold. Simi is tough for ANY business. Check the stats. If things don't change I will not be able to continue care there anymore and i think others may get fed up and look elsewhere too. Tick~tock.
