Santa Paula office is amazing very kind and helpful in these crazy times we’re medical staff is extremely exhausted

Everyone is always polite, helpful & efficient, my Dr is knowledgeable & caring. I have parkins disease and since that is not so common yet I appreciate her willingness to research into some of my issues to determine if they might be related. The Dr & other staff have also been instrumental in assisting me w/ other services like help w/ housing. There is never an issue w/ my Medical/Medicaid insurance.

The best service I ever received and Dr Piper one of the greatest Docs I met. He went thru my symptoms thoroughly. He's a great doctor. One through five I give him a top five points.

Vey very poor staffing service I was sitting for 2hours for just paperwork and to get my son a shot this is the worst clinic in Ventura county they just put you in a room and forget about you I kept telling them I need to get to work soon they had no sense of care I will never come back to this clinic

Quick to check in, friendly staff, on time appointment, Dr listened to what I said. Great all around

Waiting time was horrible! My daughter’s appointment was check in time 2: 45pm I checked in earlier 2: 30 and was seen by the dr Christine Johnston at 421 the wait was terrible!

I called today 4/19/23 to set up a simple appointment and I was told next available appointment was till NOVEMBER? That’s 7 months are they crazy this office needs to definitely be looked into

I really liked going to the Santa Paula clinic is. It’s a smaller office and they are very attentive. I also liked my PA piper.

The stuff at Santa Paula Clinic, are friendly and supportive. The Nurse Practitioner, Mr Piper, excellent and made sure I understand everything

I questioned coming to Clinicas only I wasn't sure what to expect, I'm glad I did like my Dr. Christine Johnston and associates.

Love Dr Patel, she is the pediatrician. Made my 6 yr old daughter feel comfortable. As we were walking out my daughter told her shes the best doctor in the world! Thank you Dr Patel!

I had to make an appointment in a different city to fit me in but It was pleasant. The wait was small and the staff was amazing very polite and helpful. The doctor was young but very thorough, he listened to my concerns and I will definitely go back to see him.
