I had an appointment at 2: 30 so I arrived early at 2: 00, didn’t get taken back until 3 and then you once I was taken into the room the doctor or nurse didn’t see me untill 3: 45. Mind you my appointment was at 2: 30 and I didn’t receive service until 3: 45 an hour and some later when I’m finally getting seen the doctor was trying his hardest to convince me to not remove my birth control, after my first initial refusal to changing my mind he tried harder to convince me to not remove it, he wanted me to make an “informed decision”. I’ve had this birth control for 4 years which he was aware of, I have all the information I need I stated and I need to remove this because of other very serious very personal conditions which I felt obligated to reveal In order to get him to remove my birth control.

Pretty upset that I couldn’t get a refill for Albuterol (inhaler for asthma) before I went on vacation for 4 days. My pharmacy told me they sent a fax to the Dr and next day they said it depends on the Dr how long it takes them to answer a fax. The day of leaving for my trip I had called Clinicas to see if the Dr had finally answered the fax but they said it had been over a year since I’ve had a Drs appointment and I need to have one before I get anything. I thought it was super unnecessary considering that I can’t even get physically checked to see if I still have asthma ANYWAY. Having asthma would also be in my medical history and it would’ve been as easy as looking at my file and going “yup this girl has asthma” but I scheduled a virtual appointment anyway. The appointment had been scheduled the 2nd day of my trip, I was only 10mins late and called to see if I could still talk to a Dr and the answer was no, I had to reschedule. I appreciate the worker who I was talking to on the phone for checking to see if any Drs in Oxnard were willing to approve for my refill but out of luck, again. The reschedule is 3 days after I’m back from vacation. I understand the Covid measures they’re taking for medication right now but asthma is a really common thing and it’s common sense for someone with asthma to be able to have an inhaler. Having to wait over a week for an inhaler SUCKS.

Wanted me to leave my adolescent child? Alone in an unclean waiting room with over 10+ Patients (Strangers) at the time during a pandemic. In my opinion a complete failure on management’s part. There is no Sane reason That was given as to why I should do this other than it’s policy. But where is common sense?

I had a wonderful experience at Clinicas Dental. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with the check-in/paperwork process.

I had an appointment for a broken tooth/filling, which ran very smoothly from the beginning to very end. My assistant, Brenda Robles, did a wonderful job with reviewing my medical history, taking X-Rays, and assisting. Dr. Haddadin, my dentist, was incredibly professional. He explained everything clearly and got me through the filling pain-free.

My procedure was completed efficiently, without having to wait. However, I understand the staff can get behind schedule in order to provide such quality care. For my experience, I would have gladly waited an hour. My hats off to Clinicas Dental!

Well first off staff was very courteous kind and professional! Dr’s were great, very caring compassionate and willing to go the extra mile. They truly care about there clients happiness and experience. So Thank You very much

Wow... Like Haldol BEFORE you see them! Does DR. DUCK still work here? They wont say / brag wonder wonder... ' Let your fingers do some more walking just don't let this ' way station ' suggest ' a place near vcmc '......... That dispenses mind altering drugs.

I had a great experience at clínicas eye clinic. Dr was very polite & explained everything properly. Front desk receptionist was very polite as well & was quick.

Worst doctors experience of my life. I felt judged, ignored, and disappointed by the time I left. The experience I have had here has made me question the entire medical system. It is a shame that the nurse I saw endured medical school to merely tell me what I could have researched in five minutes. A complete waste of time.

I have used Clinicas services for my eye and dental needs. The staff is very courteous and professional. They are one of the few health care professionals who will accept the dreaded HMO insurance and they provide very good care. I highly recommend Clinicas.

Everyone at Wells Road location is wonderful, from front desk to Nurses and doctors. My mother's doctor Sue Wallen is amazing - One of the best!

The staff at the Clinicas Del Camino Real Ventura location are super awesome people they are all so very friendly, kind and so helpful. My Dentist is amazing he always goes above and beyond to insure that I get the best service from himself. He and all the staff are a true blessing and I highly recommend Clinicas Del Camino Real Ventura location.

I have always had the best care since I started going to Dr Haddridin and his staff he is a fantastic dentist and every time I go in they take great care in making me feel comfortable. Lets face it nobody likes going to the dentist? Well that all changes here thank you all at Dr Haddirins office

The dentist spent ten minutes berating me on my poor oral health and said I didn't deserve fillings as I would just make more cavities
