Closet Factory, San Carlos CA

We bought a house that had completely empty closets. Chris came out to assess and discussed different ways we could optimize our space. We then went to the showroom, saw how they made the closets in the factory, and then went over the designs. A few weeks later, they took one 1 day to install everything, and we’re so happy with the results! This is reputable and personable company that you can’t go wrong with. We highly recommend Closet Factory, and we are so happy with our closets!

Angelica, here is what I tried to submit on Yelp. Unfortunately, due to the ridiculousness of my having to use a password that could not be approved, I was unable to submit. Sorry. I have been trying for the past 30 minutes.

Angelica was perfect in every way. From her telephone courtesy, to her punctuality upon arrival, to her presentation; she was awesome. She made no hesitation to drive an hour and a half from San Jose to Monterey and back to meet with me. She looked professional, knows her product, and prepared her final offering quickly and seamlessly. She is a true testimony of how anyone in hospitality and sales should be.

My only regret is that I wish I could have purchased the product so that Angelica could make her commission. Best wishes to you, Angelica. You will succeed in anything you choose to do. Patrick.

Design phase was excellent, quick and hassle free. They may not honor installation date though. In our case it was pushed out by couple weeks. Every day they send out a new crew for installation. Not all crews are good at what they do. One of our closet was poorly finished and had to be redone. Installation was planned to be done in two days, but it took weeks since the drawers didn't arrive on time. The hamper baskets were not available at the time, which they shipped us couple months later. Experience not worth the price we paid for.

I appreciate and respect business entity who doesn't manipulate reviews, not like "California Closet" deleting negative review at big time, but overall poor quality.
