Closet World, City of Industry CA

Today was simple and easy. The designer was on time and on top of his game. I needed this to be easy and it was. He knew what I was looking for and made every possible suggestion so I could get the best of my options. It was also nice to know that being a repeat customer is appreciated. Kudos to that. Would recommend your service, and your designer again.

Kara was very professional and informed. She helped me design 3 closets. I highly recommend her & closet world.

Evelynne Chang was wonderful. She understood my vision and was able to advise me from her expertise. I’m so happy with the design she drew up. I didn’t feel like she was trying to upsell me. She listened to me and met my needs.

After waiting over a month and two visits from the install team, the job is still not done. The first attempt (Nov 14) was incorrect measurements by designer. The second attempt (Nov 27) was a partial install. Wrong hardware, incorrect door sizes, and a damaged countertop were unable to finish the project, however I was billed for the remaining balance of the job. No one called me to reschedule final install. Felt like I had to call them or they might never come back! This is my second project with closet world, and I went back to them because the first experience was great. For the $$, you would expect them to be accurate the first time.

I really enjoyed working with our designer, Penelope. She was very helpful, had good ideas and suggestions and took the extra step to ensure we stayed within budget. I’m looking forward to the installation!

The maximum utilization of a Master Bedroom closet's space along with efficiency while understanding the quality and beauty of the design remains awe inspiring. Glass doors, locked jewelry draws and beyond. The crew that worked for us, Renee and Mario were outstanding technicians and builders who provided amazing value including making modifications that suited our needs better while consulting with us before implementing the original plans they were working with. Both installers are very gifted with their hands at the same time being prideful at the work which they perform. Thank you for employing them!

Requested more room for shoes and actually lost shoe space. I had to call 3 times to order more shelves, which will take 2 additional weeks to get. Also, can't give a time of arrival, they call only a day before to give you a window of time of arrival.

My experience with Closet World was great! Marielena created an amazing closet for us. The installation was smooth. The crew got here on time and installed the closet in a few hours. We are very happy with the results.

I would highly recommend coordinating with Kayla Sparks. She was very professional and helpful towards giving us insight on designs and pricing. Very efficient with sketching designs and dimensions!

TERRIBLE! Install was scheduled between 11 AM and 1 PM. Crew arrived at 2 PM. They had to make multiple trips to Home Depot for apparently missing parts. We allowed them to stay until master closet was at least finished (we had two other projects slotted for installation that day) which was around 6 PM due to our children needing to begin bedtime routine. Master closet was NOT FINISHED and is not useful at this time; we continue to use our guest room as a closet which doesn’t allow for space for our guests. That being said, the products Closet World uses are cheap. Particle board is the main component for the closet construction and looks terrible. We are mortified that this will end up costing close to $8,000. The supervisor, Dave, could care less about our situation. He has barely apologized and doesn’t not seem at all concerned about our experience. We will never use this company again, nor recommend them to family or friends.

If you are going to use Closet World, request Joey as your installer. Joey was professional, did a clean job, suggested changes that the designer overlooked, and troubleshooted when the designers measurements were incorrect. He set expectations and met them. Despite the multiple times his boss called to tell him to hurry and go to another job, which was reckless and unreasonable, Joey was efficient while leaving a quality install. We had 3 closets and they sent 1 person with a 2 hours estimated completion time. The issue with Closet World is company policy and management.

We chose Closet World because my friend used them. Although she didn’t recommend, we eventually chose them because of the pricing. Quality control exists with only the customer and the installer. Choose Joey and be on top of things like call to make sure that the installer is coming and check in with progress.
