Cloud of Goods San Francisco Scooter Rentals

I had fallen down some stairs before our trip to New York. They delivered in time and picked up just after we checked out. Easy peasy! They saved my trip. Thanks

This company messed something up and didn't deliver the stroller. They have not called me back after 3 messages- because they don't answer the phone and you have to leave a voicemail! - and now it's the next morning I'm still waiting for a call back, they don't respond to chat messages on the website, and have still not responed to my email. I'm now in San Francisco without a stroller for my 2 kids and not sure how I'm going to get around today. Don't use them, they're awful and now I'm stuck.

Abruptly cancelled my order over email. However, I received a text message from the delivery driver that he was 20 minutes away and was ready to drop off early? Called customer service and they say it was cancelled because they had no more scooters available. Hour or so later, customer service called to fix the order after I complained over email. Was a pain but they did put effort to correct the issue. Advice: Just call the customer to tell them the issue/cancellation. An email is not sufficient.

Amazing service! The scooter was amazing. We changed our pick up address 3 times due to some circumstances out of our control. They never charged extra for any of this. If that wasn’t enough, I left the charger in the car that we put in storage. I let them know and that I would be back in the spring and return the charger. I asked if they wanted to charge me for it and when I return it, refund me the money. He said no and that he has lots of them. Over and above service and courtesy. I wouldn’t consider calling anywhere else.

I cannot thank you enough for this service! The scooter was dropped at our hotel as promised. It was in brand new condition, the battery lasted forever, went 4 miles in one setting and it never dropped down on the power meter. It made my time in San Francisco accessible. Thank you for offering power chair rentals! When we return we will definitely be looking your company up again.

I was so impressed with the customer service for Cloud of Goods. Their website was incredibly helpful, but I was even more impressed by the personal service I received when I called their phone number. I expected to have to wait to speak to someone, especially since I was calling last minute about car seat rentals for a Christmas trip across country, but someone answered right away. My request was not typical, so they went out of their way (including a timely call-back for confirmation) to make sure they could deliver exactly what I was looking for. Very helpful and easy to use! I am thrilled that a company like this exists.

Cloud of Goods exceeded my expectations. A courtesy text message was sent a day ahead of my rental arriving at my destination and another sent before pick up. It was so easy to use and communicate my needs with the staff. I would definitely recommend!

I had ordered a scooter as I was going to be in NY just overnight.the scooter was there prior to my arriving and worked just as it should have. It was extremely easy to order online and to just leave it at the hotel. I will definitely go to Cloud of Goods for future needs!

Went to San Francisco spur of the moment and needed a scooter to get around. They were really accommodating and were able to fulfill my last minute request. They went out of their way to help me, excellent customer service. Will be the 1st place I call anytime I need to rent a scooter. Thank you!

Big Disappointment- I needed to rent a scooter for my father for our weekend trip to San Antonio. 2 days before my trip they called and told me that they had nothing available and would refund my money. This was the most disappointing feeling ever. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I believe that they should show better customer service!

What a fabulous and easy service! We were going to SF on vacation and I got in a car accident the day before we left. That night I booked a knee scooter from here, and it was waiting at my hotel for me when I arrived. I couldn’t have gotten through our vacation without it. I also used the online chat service from my phone and the answers I needed were immediate and helpful. I would recommend this service to anyone that need mobility assistance in the area!

They were helpful, knowledgeable and services provided were excellent. It really helped so that I could do what I needed to do and get done.

Great organization and experience. For us it was too much hassle to go into a bike rental store, bike up bikes, return them and then go back to our AirB&B when you are traveling with a 2,5 year old. Cloud of goods made it so easy for us. They delivered the bikes to our home and picked them up the next day. They also helped us with the request for specific time slot for bringing and picking up. Overall the service was very good and would definitely recommend anyone to use cloud of goods.

Delivery the evening before my arrival to SF was fantastic! That meant I was ready to start my adventures the next day without delay. The scooter managed the neighborhood hills of North Beach and Russian Hills in SF without difficulty. Navigating the scooter was very easy as was disassembly to put in the trunk of a car. The pick up time was per my custom request. I will definitely rent again on my next trip to SF.

I've rented a bicycle during my visit in Orlando. Everything was fine, the bike was in hotel at time, in perfect conditions. Unfortunately, I had an accident (a hole in the tube - see picture:) ), but they have been able to organize my pick-up somewhere in the Orlando and get me back to the hotel. Especially, many thanks to that lady who arranged that (I don't remember her name) and Jack, the driver. He was very nice and it was a good time event in that bad moment:)

Rented a mobility scooter while in san francisco. The scooter was there waiting for me when I Arrived and was fully charged. I wanted to see as much of the wharf as I could. Being oxygen dependent means I need a scooter to get me around.
I have to say I was very impressed with the chair, and how far I got. The web said 15 miles on a full charge. I was everywhere and never lost time! In fact. Ira n for two days o n one charge.

Super convenient. Delivered infant carseat to our hotel lobby and we returned to the bell desk for pick up. Easy to use. Included youtube instructions in the email confirmation. They also txted to remind me of the time for pickup. I was visiting San Francisco with my child - highly recommend.
